One often forgets dates and names, but never a good story! This tour will take you back in time through its stories, and anecdotes that one would miss otherwise. It's a combination of a walking tour and Street food tour.

Starting from the Big Ben of Mysore- Doddagadiyara or the big clock tower in front of the Mysuru Townhall, walk past the palace gates and then to the Devaraja Market, a century-old market where local produce is sold.

Get a locals perspective of what the market means and entails. Visit a local perfume maker and get to photograph friendly faces of the vendors.

Post the market, the tour takes you through small alleyways and hole in the wall places which only the locals know about where you will get to try safe street food (No Delhi belly, I promise)

End the walk with the best Mysore masala Dosa and tips on planning your next few days of vacation in India. Or shoot ANY questions about life in India, culture, religion, etc.

We spent a most enjoyable afternoon discovering some of the history of Mysore, wandering in the market among the fruit and flower sellers, walking through the streets and sampling delicious Mysore treats. Many thanks to Fez for sharing his lovely city with us - and for his excellent tips for further sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The tour with Fez exceeded all our expectations. Everyone in my group found his stories beautiful and very fascinating. With a lot of historical context, Mysore becomes even more beautiful. Through Fez we have closed Mysore in our hearts, an absolute must. Our best tour guide in India

It was wonderful! The tour guide - Faizan- was smart, interested, open and had fun with his job. He was super responsive to the participants:inside, provided us with information and delicious food. It was a great evening and I highly recommend the tour/faizan as a tour guide!

We went on the wonderful best of Mysore and food tour! Our guide Pravalika was so enthusiastic and knowledgable. The tour was a really good combination of history, past and current trends, hidden gems and best kept secrets of where to get the best samosas and dosas in town. It was not only a good introduction and overview of the city of Mysore but also a fun, enjoyable evening spent around town and in the markets. I would highly recommend it not only for first time visitors but also people who want to better understand what makes Mysore’s heart beat.

I had a great time on the tour with Pravalika ! She shared many stories about the culture, the city and its history, and funny anecdotes about unique spots all over Mysore. The food was great and we were really well taken care of by our lovely guide, who made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the whole tour. I would definitely recommend this experience ! Thanks a lot ! 😉🥰

Fez was a wonderful guide and gave us a great tour. It was really nice to get shown some excellent spots that offer the street food experience but without having to take any of the risks. You definitely won't leave hungry! I recommend anyone coming through Mysuru take the tour, you get both food and lots of great history about the city, kingdom and life in India.

This tour is a great way to get to know the culture of Mysuru. Our guide Fez was both enigmatic and informative with a great sense of humour. We learnt so much about the city of Mysuru. We also had a great street food experience, trying the local foods. Highly recommended.
