Your evening begins with a cold beverage and photo opportunities as you enjoy watching the sun dip behind the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. The dinner buffet features authentic Hawaiian fare including kalua pork cooked in a traditional imu, an underground oven that cooks the meat to tender perfection. There's even a kids' buffet featuring chicken nuggets, hot dogs, and Maui potato chips.
After dinner, the stage comes alive with rhythmic drumming, traditional Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, and Maori performances and thrilling fire-knife dances. With vivid choreography and mesmerizing music, the show does more than entertain—it also tells the stories and legends of the islands.

1.00Literally felt harrased by the photo people. They won’t just let it go IMO. My family spent so much money and ruined our experience. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

5.00The food was our favorite of the entire trip. Such a good local selection. The show was beautiful and informative. I wouldn’t worry about standing in a long line prior to the doors opening like we did- the seats were assigned and the food was applenty, so there was really no need to worry about getting there early and waiting.

5.00First off - there is not a single bad seat in the house! The seating is spread wide, not deep so almost every single seat in the house has a clear view of the stage. Parking was easy to find (it was $10 USD at the time we went). Check-in for general seating opened at 5:30 p.m. and we arrived at 5:15 p.m. There was a bit of a wait to check in but once we got past that, we were quickly guided to our table. We were seated second table from the front, stage left right next to the underground cooking pit and with great views of the water. The food, as far as buffets go, was fantastic. Everything was delicious and no, none of it looked "sad" the way other buffets might. It's advertised as having the only keiki-friendly (kids) luau menu on Maui and sure enough, there was mac and cheese and chicken strips for kids (or just picky eaters of any age). Dessert was nice but I would've loved to have enjoyed something chocolate in the mix. The bar was great, unlimited cocktails and drinks and there's plenty of fun options to choose from so pace yourself! The show was so fun and enjoyable and while I couldn't tell you how authentic it was or wasn't, I can tell you my 3.5yo toddler enjoyed the whole thing, particularly the haka dance and the fire display toward the end. I'd suggest bringing noise-muffling headphones for little ones if you think the drums might spook them. We were staying in Kihei and it was worth the drive! Price-wise, it was probably the cheapest luau I found in my search and I was able to use credit card points to bring down the price a bit more but at the time, it was about $200 USD per person. And kids age 5 and under are free!

5.00It was a Hawaiian experience. The food was delicious, drinks actually contained alcohol, and the show was so entertaining! Everytime someone comes to visit we have to do the Myths of Maui.
