5.00We went to this show last night and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately one of our group became sick with the flu and couldn't attend, and we could not receive a refund; but those of us who did attend had a fantastic time. The food was good, and the performers were magnificent!

2.00Well, that was nice, but unfortunately nothing more. And above all, way too expensive for what is offered. Approx. 260 USD for a VIP ticket. Food was okay, but nothing more. The show starts at 6:45 PM. The buffet is then closed. From 7:30 PM, we received no more drinks. The ambiance is nice, but nothing more - the beach is not visible. The performers do well, but sorry, that is far too little for the amount of money!

4.00Experience - overall was a very good show and enjoyed the food and drink as well. Admission Fee - expensive, but subsidized with a time-share vacation club presentation Length of Visit - 8 nights Atmosphere - good (as expected) Crowd Size - good crowd, but not so crowded that it had an overall impact. Staff - was busy but totally disconnected from the customer experience. A lot of confusion and a complete lack of communication with the entrance process. Best for - VIP's. Not so true for the general admission customers. Terrible entrance process, so prepare for that ahead of time. Divided class of customers.
