Morning: Depart from Luang Namtha town, traveling 20 km to Doiluckkham. Begin trekking through secondary forest and then into the upland rainforest of Nam Ha NPA. Lunch: Enjoy a Lao-style picnic in the forest. Afternoon: Continue hiking for 2-3 hours beneath old-growth trees, arriving at Nalan village before sunset. After checking in, explore the village and learn about local life. Evening: Dinner featuring local cuisine, followed by community activities.

Morning: Visit the village, try Lao coffee or local tea, and practice crossbow shooting and rice pounding. Breakfast: Enjoy a traditional breakfast. • Option 1: (3-4 hours hike) Hike uphill through the forest, with a traditional lunch prepared on the forest path. Continue hiking downhill to Chalernsouk village, where a tuk-tuk will take you back to Luang Namtha. • Option 2: (5-6 hours hike) Follow the Nam Ha River to Nahome village, passing through cultivated areas of Khmu and Lanten minority groups. Visit the village and learn about their traditional crafts. After lunch, hike up a steep hill into the jungle, ending at Namlue village. Return to Luang Namtha by tuk-tuk.

5.00Guide and the programme was perfect! Accomodation in village was nice. It was amazing to see the life of people in origin village. We spent mice time with in the nature and local people.

5.00My group: a couple in there 60tis where hiking with me and a guide. For the second day we talked to the guide and took a harder and more secluded route which was hard but very rewarding route with the awesome views on top of the mountain. The people where also were nice in the villages. Definitely would recommend doing a tour here

5.00We left for two days and one night trekking in Nam Ha Park. The place is very beautiful, between jungle and forest, and hiking is all level. The end of the day and night in the village were very pleasant. Our hosts were welcoming and we were able to visit the village. Our guide Nom with whom we spent these two days were great: he speaks good English, taught us a lot about the forest, life in the village but especially his life in Laos. And also, we ate very well and discovered local vegetables. I highly recommend!

5.00My daughter and I really enjoyed trekking through the jungle. It was not always easy because it rained in between and the paths got slippery, but we were well supported by the guides. They gave us information about the plants along the way, what is edible or can be used as medicine. A lunch was prepared on the campfire, taking into account that my daughter eats vegan. The host family welcomed us kindly. The most beautiful were the overwhelming trees, very different from home. We would do it again anytime.
