5.00We had a great tour with Fred! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, adjusting the tour according to our wishes. He had a wealth of information about the history and culture of the city and China more generally. He recommended great local restaurants for lunch. It’s so helpful having someone book the tickets for you at the tourist sites. The company more generally was very easy to book and plan with. Highly recommend!

5.00Our guide John spoke excellent English and has had in-depth knowledge of the history of Nanjing. He has responded to our individual wishes (visiting John Rabe house) and has explained everything there well. In addition, he showed us a very good restaurant.

5.00I spent a great day with Fred on this tour of Nanjing. The logistics were seamless; I was contacted in advance to make arrangements and the meet up went smoothly. Fred was extremely well spoken with excellent English. He shared the rich history of the sites we visited including the Dr. Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the city wall gate and the Confucius Temple. It was so helpful to have him navigate the transportation through the city and he was so genererous with his time. Thank you!

5.00The tour coordinator Alana reached out before the day to arrange for all necessities, introducing the tour guide Mr.John, understanding requirements, reminding me to bring along the passport. On the tour day, John was ready at the hotel lobby by the appointment time. After a short discussion about the itinerary, we were on the road. During the whole day, John walked me the history of the city from the ancient time to the Republic era with a vast knowledge. At the mountain, he was very attentive during the hiking up and down so I can easily navigate in my own space. A Nanjing native himself, John knows the city and shares with me interesting tips about things to do and places to eat with a local's perspective. Before ending the day, sweet of him writing down my interested places in both English and Chinese characters in case I need help on the road later on. Strongly recommended for first time foreigners visiting Nanjing. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with the city.
