If you choose the Exclusive Wine & Food Tour, it will encompass visits and tastings at Castello di Amorosa and at Artesa Winery (total value $200).

San Francisco Bay with its stunning views from the Bay Bridge to the Golden Gate bridge offer the perfect beginning of your journey with Gray Line San Francisco. The infamous prison island Alcatraz is centered in the middle of the bay. A must do while visiting San Francisco.

4.00Don was calm and sets the rules about being on time, etc, in a friendly manner at the start. He gave good information about the wine industry, the area, and the vineyards without being overly detailed. Only negative is the bus’s dirty trays, which had old coffee stains, the door cracked open while Don was driving, not to mention the big crack across the entire glass above the driver seat! Grayline should clean their buses and fix the broken door and cracked windshield! Finally, the Madonna vineyard is really a tired-looking establishment and should be skipped. The wine wasn’t anything great either.

5.00Perfect day trip with easy pick up in San Francisco to Sonoma and Napa Valley! They took us to 3 wineries where we sampled many wines! We had plenty of time for lunch. Took my teenage daughter who enjoyed the trip and scenery. Comfortable bus and the tour guide was very entertaining and informative!

1.00Very poor experience, 3 vineyards were sub standard at best. The driver/guide was often taking a negative view during his commentary and constantly telling the story of his life. The whole experience was unprofessional. If you are wanting to experience the best of Sonoma and Napa this is not the tour.

4.00Our tour guide George did a great job! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We enjoyed each winery, however, Roche and Actr?(I can’t recall name at the moment) were our top two out of three. We had a beautiful clear day and a smooth ride. 8/10 experience😁

5.00We went to 3 wineries. Stopped for an on tour own lunch in Sonoma. Nice town square. The mini coach was almost new and the driver was excellent both during and commentary.

5.00Excellent small group experience! Highly recommend this tour. Better than others we’ve done on LI North Fork. Don did a great job of describing everything to see on the way there plus lots of area history. He also did a great job of limiting that on the way back so we could rest. All three vineyards were wonderful and different, even when they were not very distant from each other. Pours were plentiful. Had lots of fun talking and laughing with nice folks from USA, UK, and Brazil that we would not have met otherwise.

4.00The gray line tour was great but the experience started with a driver for gray line Muir tour telling us to walk further down post. We did no gray line bus walked back to pick up location and called Grayline to verify pick up. The office staff were great. Our driver arrived at the pick up location. Not sure why the other driver directed us away from the pick up location. The bus used had a skunk smell and the door popped open while driving. Rather concerning for safety.

5.00I had a great time. I went solo but never felt lonely. The tour guide was funny. His name started with a M. The 2nd winery was the best. The vibe was fun! I would recommend for any solo travelers.
