All passengers are transported on free shuttle buses from Napier Port to the Napier iSite Visitor Information Centre.
Our store is located directly across the street from the Visitors Centre.
We open outside our normal hours to match your ship's docking time - so you can make most of your visit!

5.00Great service and a great experience. My wife and I visited as a last minute impulse. The lady in the shop was great. She answered our questions and had us on our way in no time. The ride was excellent. The tracks were well sign posted and we would highly recommend hiring your bikes from here. The prices were very reasonable and the service was even better.

5.00My wife and I called in as a last minute impulse to take a couple of e-bikes for a spin. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady in the shop (sorry, I forgot your name). Our questions were answered quickly and we were soon sized up and ready to go. We spent 4 hours on the tracks around Napier and it was a really great experience and a fantastic way to see the local area. Although we did get lost a couple of times as the signs weren’t too clear at a couple of points along the route but nothing that caused us any concerns. The bikes were easy to ride and seemed to be well maintained. We would highly recommend hiring your bikes from here. The prices were very reasonable and the whole experience was very pleasant.

5.00We came into Napier via cruiseship. The bike rental location is directly across the street from the cruiseship shuttle drop off. It truly couldn't be more convenient! The employees were fantastic with asking what we wished to see, providing a map and telling us how to get there. They also gave us additional ideas of local must see locations. The bikes were in fantastic working order. The area is flat and the paths are well marked. This is a fun and wonderful way to spend the day exploring Napier!

5.00What a fantastic day we had. We had arrived by cruise ship so only had a day to get a glimpse of beautiful Napier and what a way to do it. Booking was effortless and pick up super efficient. Wonderful flat cycle ways all along the water just stunning

5.00Easy to find as it was right across road from the cruise ship shuttle. Staff were friendly and amazing. Showed us a gr8 route to take and the e-bikes were brilliant. Had a mishap with a flat tire but they provided great support and had me back up and running within 30min. Will definitely recommend to others.
