All passengers are transported on free shuttle buses from Napier Port to the Napier iSite Visitor Information Centre.

Our store is located directly across the street from the Visitors Centre.

We open outside our normal hours to match your ship's docking time - so you can make most of your visit!

Bikes well maintained. Good briefing prior to setting off however due to major roadworks and road closures we were unable to find/access the vineyard trail marked in yellow on the map we were given. We ended up riding along the coastal path instead which was pleasant but not outstanding…

Excellent well prepared bikes. We had a great day, Napier has terrific cycle paths, scenic and away from traffic. And Sandra kindly called a taxi for us to get us back to our campsite! Thank you!

Easy to find shop. Had our bikes ready and even switched one for easier use. Friendly and informative. The bikes were easy to ride and paths were flat.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were given recommendations and maps suggesting where to ride, great bikes, and instructions on how to use the bikes. Also included were helmets, a lock, and a storage bag on the back. And…Napier is a biking haven. Could not say enough good things about this place and the people operating it! Would highly recommend!!!

We were in and out of the shop in 5 minutes and on our way. Cruises for three hours up and down the coast. The bikes were a great ride. A perfect day in Napier.

This was our second booking within a week. So this shows how much we enjoyed it. Again everything was set up for us so we were able to enjoy 4 hours of biking. We'd like to give a shout out to Amber who was very helpful and knowledgeable about where we should go. Thanks again

This is an efficient and well run enterprise. We arrived for our pre booked hire of 4 Ebikes and everything was set up and ready to go. After a comprehensive explanation of the bikes from Amber we were ready to go. Napier is a perfect place for biking with flat paths.

We had a wonderful day on the bikes exploring the city. There is a long bike path to keep you out of traffic. The bikes were comfortable and operated nicely. If you plan on biking to the wineries, you should know that the closest one is 10 miles away and the map is hard to follow. Luckily we had a local that assisted us most of the way there.
