Service was awesome when we picked up our bikes it wasn’t one of our favourite ports but highly recommend the bike tour as it gives you the ability to see more of the coast line

We came into Napier via cruiseship. The bike rental location is directly across the street from the cruiseship shuttle drop off. It truly couldn't be more convenient! The employees were fantastic with asking what we wished to see, providing a map and telling us how to get there. They also gave us additional ideas of local must see locations. The bikes were in fantastic working order. The area is flat and the paths are well marked. This is a fun and wonderful way to spend the day exploring Napier!
