Excellent transportation from airport to Tokyo hotel. What’s App welcome contact in advance was reassuring to receive. Exited customs and driver was waiting - although we went out a different door. A quick What’s App call from the driver and all sorted out. Traffic was heavy and busy with Friday rush hour. We had a lot of luggage so we were grateful for the restful drive to the door of our hotel for our first visit to Tokyo.

Driver was friendly, efficient. He reached out and kept in touch via WhatsApp as soon as we landed. He Waited around 1.5 hrs after expected arrival time without a fee or complaint. Had kids and large luggage, no problem. Thank you.

The driver communicated with us before we landed and while we were going through immigration. Pick up was prompt and efficient. Driver got us to the Hilton Shinjuku from Narita as quick as he could.
