Our guide did not point out sites until we were almost past and did not say right or left side of the bus. His IPad was malfunctioning so he seemed totally lost.

We should have been told about the Pride Parade scheduled before we booked. We missed the best part of the tour. Plus, we were there with 12 Catholic youth. Based on the stance of the church, knowing about the parade would have changed our plans.

We have used old time trolley in other city’s with no problems. However this time in Nashville it was complicated with road closures due to a parade. When we booked the trip no one told us that this was going on and that the main roads the tour uses were all closed until after 2pm. After walking to a number of stops to see if we could catch one I finally called customer service to see what was going on….thats how I found out. I basically paid $125 + to walk around on my own to finally find a stop. The staff at the stops were very supportive and understood our situation but if I knew ahead of time that there was going to be a parade I would have never booked it. We finally got on a bus around 1pm traveled for about an hour and got off and finally started walking again as 4 of the stops were still not available. Again the staff were very accommodating but there wasn’t much they could do. A heads up on the webpage would have been nice. Next time I will check out local activities prior to booking

We had a great tour guide, CB. The staff was friendly and helpful next to the Ryman. Super knowledgeable about the area and providing history along with recommendations on what to do next while visiting Nashville.

Great way to see part of the city and learn some history. The driver narrator was funny and informative. I would not recommend on a super hot day.
