This whiskey tour is rolling straight into Lynchburg from Nashville. You can hop on the bus, kick back, and enjoy the ride to the historic and picturesque Jack Daniel's Distillery. You'll have time to peruse downtown Lynchburg, just a 5-minute walk from the distillery, and grab a quick bite to eat. We've got some suggestions! Don't forget to stop in the White Rabbit Bottle Shop and grab some limited bottles of whiskey.
DISCLAIMER: The 12:00 PM tours WILL NOT have time to explore or eat lunch in Lynchburg. We highly recommend eating lunch prior to pick up.

This is a 21 years old and up event. Minimum drinking age is 21 years. Valid government issued photo IDs are required to participate on tour.
You will either be transported by our coach bus or 15 passenger van depending on the size of group
Tours run rain or shine, snow and sleet, hot and cold. Dress appropriately.
Please Note: There are no bathrooms on board the bus, please plan accordingly.

Guests wishing to dine at Miss Mary Bobo's restaurant must make reservations in advance on the Jack Daniel's website for 11am and inform their driver when boarding the bus.

You will be required to ascend and descend many steps. This tour is not recommended for those with mobility challenges.

What To Expect
Tennessee Whiskey Tours
This Jack and Back tour picks up near the Rep. John Lewis Way South and Korean Veterans Blvd intersection in downtown Nashville at 9:00am. Feel free to bring your adult beverages of choice. The group will depart promptly at 9:10am for the 1.5 hour trip to Lynchburg, TN. This trip takes you through the small town of Shelbyville, a town famous for the Tennessee Walking Horse. The remaining thirty minute commute takes you through picturesque rolling hills and farms into Moore County, only one of three counties where distilling was legal in Tennessee until just a few years ago. Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery. The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours. You'll have about an hour and a half to peruse the small square of downtown Lynchburg. This tour will depart Lynchburg at 2:30pm and drop off at the starting point at approximately 4:00pm.

Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery. The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours.

4.00Our driver did a great job, safe, smooth, and friendly. At the distillery, Kim was our host and she was fantastic: knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely entertaining for the whole couple of hours. We all had a blast and left smiling. Overall, a fun, well-run experience, glad we did it!

5.00I have heard of how wonderful this tour was and it was the first thing I booked when planning our trip to Nashville. We all loved our tour! Our guide was fabulous. We loved the history and the area. We can see how much pride is taken in keeping the integrity of the area. Such a treasure! My husband just ended his 26 year service as an LEO and we got a bottle engraved for him. We will have that bottle forever as a remembrance of our time here and also his retirement!

5.00From start to finish this day trip was amazing. Our driver Frank was funny, knowledgeable and started the day off with a laugh. The bus was comfortable and clean and the 1 hour 40 min drive from Nashville went by really quickly. The tour itself was amazing, so much information and history was given. My husband had this trip as a 40th gift and it surpassed my expectations so much. Our tour guide was lovely and funny. The tasting experience was fun and we had a bottle engraved to remember day. Prices were normal and to be expected not inflated. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone who like Jack Daniels! We loved it, so will you!!
