we loved the jack daniels tour and walking around the small town of Lynchburg. Barrelhouse BBQ is an absolute MUST. don't skip out, it was the best BBQ food we have ever had. I think the price of this excursion was very high for what it is. The actual ticket for the distillery tour is about 35 dollars and the cost of this for the transportation is a bit ridiculous. That being said, the driver was great and it was a smooth ride.

I’m so happy I finally had the opportunity to visit the Jack Daniel’s Distillery! Our driver Frank and tour guide Melissa were phenomenal. It was such a fun and informative experience from beginning to end. We learned so much about the process and the tasting was the perfect finish. The stores in Lynchburg on the tour had good merchandise. The BBQ Caboose Cafe served us a delicious true Tennessee lunch and the owners were so friendly! They sat with us and made the experience even better. We also visited the jail museum. It was interesting and quick! The gentleman there had some cool facts to share. Stop in if you have time. I highly recommend this Jack Daniel’s tour. It’s worth the trip… easy and comfortable bus ride. As a Jack lover, it was a highlight on my vacation. Don’t miss this tour. Even if you think the tour might be too long, it’s a fun day. Book the day trip which includes the stop in Lynchburg. You’ll have a great time!

What an amazing experience! The location was fantastic, the whiskey tastings were incredible, and the entire tour was perfectly organized. But what truly made the tour unforgettable was our guide, Justin. Justin was engaging, entertaining, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He shared great stories, gave clear directions, and was able to answer every question our group had. Nothing felt scripted or forced — it felt like exploring the area with a knowledgeable friend. The tastings were delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the tour moved at the perfect pace. Justin made everyone feel welcome and kept the experience fun from start to finish. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate — book it! And if you can, definitely request Justin as your tour guide. You won’t regret!

Ride is 1.5 hours and has a comfortable coach bus to ride in. The history of J. D. is very informative. The tour consists of the original JD manufacturing. Doesn't not show the newer processes. Would highly recommend this tour.
