Back Up Plan Needed

2.00Not an option to write a positive review on this excursion due to the mechanical failure of our boat. This incident occurred after leaving late for our experience. We never made it to Rose Island. The failure occured after being on the boat for over 40 minutes and never arriving to the island. Note the excursion promotes it being a 30 minute ride. That is not the case. The most frustrating part of being stranded on a non-operating boat was that there was no back up plan. No plan on how they were going to return us (36 passengers including infants and small children) to the area where we loaded. We were told that they were going to steer the boat back to the cruise port because that part of the boat was working. When the question was asked how long that would take, they told us upwards of 2.5 hours. This "plan" was communicated to us after 1 hour of just drifting out in the open ocean. In addition, at no point when we were stranded in the ocean were life jackets offered to the passengers. The plan only changed after the realization that the passengers would need access to a bathroom after being stuck on a boat for 2.5 hours. My suggestion to the company is have a back up plan. Have a plan for mechanical failure. Have access to a back up boat. Provide safety measures to the passengers by distributing life jackets. We spent half a day on a broken boat. No pig swimming, no paddle boarding, no relaxing excursion. The concept of the excursion sounds great. Make sure you book it through a company that has a back up plan for mechanical failure and prioritizes passenger safety.

5.00The entire experience was memorable and so much fun! The crew did such a good job introducing the pigs to my kids who were a little intimidated at first. The lunch they served was authentic island food and super tasty. I’d consider this excursion one of the best parts of our trip.

5.00Unique experience that is worth the price. Competitors were charging also twice as much. Beach experience was great, food was wonderful, and what can I say about the piggies... From Panda to the babies; it was a great time hanging out with them and the crew. The crew was organized, polite, and willing to assist if needed.

5.00This was such a fun experience for the whole family. The staff was very friendly. The beach we went to was absolutely gorgeous. Lunch was included and was very good. The drinks at the beach club were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this experience.

5.00We had such a wonderful time! Everything from departure to arrival was well organized. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the interaction with the pigs is so much fun! The provided lunch was good too. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a unique experience while in Nassau.
