Come snorkeling with us aboard Reef Surfari, our new 47’ power catamaran, through the Virgin Islands National Park around St. John in the beautiful USVI. We depart from our retail store Ocean Surfari in Red Hook on St Thomas at 9:00 and head to Cruz Bay to pick up our St John guests from Cruz Bay beach in front of our retail store Ocean Surfari at 9:30. From there we head to two different snorkel spots to look for sea turtles, beautiful corals and a plethora of tropical fish, typically in the Virgin Islands National Park. Our snorkel spots vary daily depending on weather and sea conditions. We have an open bar with rum punch, painkillers, cold beers, sodas and water as well as light snacks for your refreshment. Alcohol is served once you are finished swimming. After snorkeling, we return to St. John to drop off our guests at 12:00 and then back to St Thomas at 12:30.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a family birthday with our guides John and Captain CJ. The two kept everything safe, fun, and professional. They were knowledgeable and approachable, and we really enjoyed our time with them. Hope we get a chance to go on another excursion with them again!

Captain CJ was very good about deciding the best spot without a lot of waves and obscurity. We saw turtles, reef squids, lizardfish, and a cow or a trunkfish. I thought we were getting fruit and beverages before and between snorkels. They had bags of chips and crackers. Have breakfast before you go. Excursions are about twenty minutes out, between, and back to the dock.

Our Captain CJ and snorkel guide John were great hosts. They took us to 2 snorkel spots, one was Hawks Nest Bay in the National Park and the other was Christmas Cove off Great St. James Island. John got in the water with us and helped us see lots of colorful fish, a green turtle and an octopus. Then we went back to dock to pick up pizza and Captain CJ found a great spot for us to enjoy our pizza and adult beverages while watching a beautiful sunset. They made the trip very fun and entertaining and we would definitely book with them again.

Had a great time! Saw several turtles and a spotted eagle ray! The boat was comfortable, music was great, vibes with amazing, the guide even took picture with our camera for us!

CJ & John were great! We were running late because we used the address provided on the trip advisor but that took us to the incorrect place. For the STT stop, it is right near the ferry to St. John. Other than that, we had an amazing time. We saw a couple turtles and lots of other fish.

Sydney John and CJ were the best time! Saw all kind of sea life and cant wait to come back! St john natinal park was stunning and christmas cove has awesome turtles.

We had a great time, snorkeling around Saint John and St thomas. The crew, Captain Andy and Sydney, did an awesome job of pointing out the best places for snorkeling. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and laid back excursion!

great trip with Captain CJ and John! Boat is covered so you can get out of the sun. Went to two spots to snorkel - South of St John's where we saw a lot of reef fish, and back to St Thomas Christmas Cove where we saw green Sea turtles. John and CJ explained everything, informative, and really helped with gear and getting on and off boat. Fun trip. All 4 or us really enjoyed it.

Another amazing day in the paradise! Thanks to Ashley the manager and her great team, the captains CJ and Dee, it was a fantastic, fun, and safe experience! We saw the beautiful coral reef, many colorful fishes, turtles and manta rays. We definitely 100% recommend Ocean Safari!!!
