Brave, a seasoned expert with over ten years in the Parisian natural wine community, our tastings benefit from his extensive experience and deep passion for natural wines. Brave's international certifications in wine knowledge and tasting ensure a professional yet approachable experience, free from pretense and full of genuine enthusiasm. Olivia is a chemist and can help answer all your questions behind the science of wine making! Together they are the perfect pair to lead you through this experience. Brave and Olivia welcome you as if it were their own home. The laid back environment is cozy and invites conversation.

5.00Informative, fun and laid back. Brave knows his wine and is an enthusiastic supporter of natural wines. He can be as technical or non-technical as you want him to be. Small cozy space. It can get warm in there. A fan or two would be nice.

We tasted a wide range of wines in a playful atmosphere, a great way to explore your own taste in wines. The possibilities in the pairing with cheeses were also nicely described
