Embark on a sampan and witness the vibrant trading activities of Cairang Floating Market, the largest floating market in Vietnam. Goods exchanged include fresh fruits and vegetables, such as pineapples and mangos. Experience a unique breakfast, ordering from floating restaurants and cafes -a perfect combination to start your day.
We will then cruise into the jungle through small, yet complex canal systems. This landscape provides a glimpse into typical river life along the Mekong Delta. Our boat will also be stopped at a four-decade old noodle village and we will participate in the making of rice noodles the traditional way.
Then, we will get on the car and drive for an hour. We cruise into the meandering canals of Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve, which is surrounded by water hyacinth and water lettuce covering the surface. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the forest's enchanting atmosphere while observing the varied flora and fauna that thrive within its bounds.

Our guide, Thuy made our day really special by explaining the attractions we visited and providing insight into Vietnamese history, culture and modern day life. Our highlights were the morning markets, floating markets, local coffee, noodle breakfast, cruising down the Hau River, venturing into a much smaller wild canal, visiting a cocoa farm and finally, the Khu Du Lịch Mùa Xuân nature reserve. Lunch was an amazing fish hotpot. We crammed a lot in but didn’t feel rushed. Thanks for a great day, Thuy!

We had amazing Nature reserve and Floating market experience. Our guide Nhung took a great care for us the whole time. She explained to us so many things about the life in the Mekong. We had breakfast at the Floating market - a unique experience. We visited noodle factory. Had a jentle boat ride through the river canals. And our visit to the nature reserve was so relaxing and pleasant. The food we had was so tasty. Nhung took some great photos of us to keep those memorable experiences.

Highly recommend this trip. Very well organised and authentic. We were picked up right outside our home stay on a small boat and taken to the floating market. So much better experience of the market than on one of the larger, crowded boats. Then on to the noodle factory and out to the nature reserve. Everything ran so smoothly and on time. Our tour guide, Mariah looked after us to ensure we got the best experience. We learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture, economy and language from her. Such a good guide, teacher and a lovely person!

We had an amazing time on this private tour to Can Tho Floating Market and the nature reserve with our family! Having the boat just for us made it so special, and we loved participating in authentic local activities. Our guide Sasa was absolutely wonderful - friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She captured all our precious moments on her phone and sent us the photos afterwards, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the tour, she shared fascinating stories and information about everything we saw, making the experience truly come alive. Sasa made this tour extraordinary! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and personalized experience.

With guide and host Sasa had a super nice tour with the five of us. Picked up by boat at resort, the tour started immediately. Much seen of life on the water of the locals. Breakfast and coffee from the touring kiosks, tasted good! Then on to the nature reserve. Here with the boat sailed through forest / jungle, super experience! Then delicious lunch in the reserve. It was very quiet and that made it even more beautiful!

What a day! Do msny things we daw snd experienced. Our guide, Sasa, was very pleasant company with o lot of local and national knowledge. We loved that she let us experience drinks and breakfast as the locals do at the market. And that we good see how the salesmen lives. Without a guide we would not have experienced the market the same way. The noodle 'factory' was great to see and the nature reserve had all its own charm. Thanks for a great day, Sasa!
