Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, complete your immigration and visa formalities before collecting your luggage. After exiting the terminal, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal holding a signboard with your name for easy identification. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu by private vehicle. After hotel check-in, enjoy some free time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, attend a pre-trip meeting with your tour guide, where you will receive important information about the upcoming tour, sightseeing activities, transportation, and travel arrangements. If time permits, you may also explore the lively streets of Thamel, known for its restaurants, cafés, local shops, and cultural atmosphere.

Swoyambhu Mahachaitya

One can get a panoramic view of the valley from the top of a hillock located on the western side of Swayambhu, also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple due to the presence of numerous monkeys on the premises.

Pashupatinath Temple

The Pashupatinath Temple, situated on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu, is considered one of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal. It is dedicated to the god Shiva, and it is located on the banks of the Bagmati River.

Boudhanath Stupa

Boudhanath Stupa is a Buddhist stupa located in the Valley that is over 2500 years old. It was built in the 5th century and is adorned with four pairs of Lord Buddha's eyes, one in each cardinal direction, keeping a constant watch over the people and their actions. Visitors will often see Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet circumambulating the stupa while spinning prayer wheels.

Patan Durbar Square

Patan Durbar Square is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is located in the center of Lalitpur city. It showcases the finest examples of Newari architecture that flourished during the reign of Malla kings. These kings were not only great rulers but also patrons of art, culture, and architecture. Patan Durbar Square features many stunning temples, palaces, and courtyards with intricate carvings and sculptures. It is a must-visit destination for those interested in history and architecture.

Chitwan National Park

After breakfast, depart from Kathmandu and drive toward Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s famous wildlife destination and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The scenic journey passes through rivers, green hills, traditional villages, and countryside landscapes, offering a glimpse into rural Nepalese life. Upon arrival in Chitwan, check in to your jungle resort and enjoy lunch. Later, take part in cultural and nature activities such as a village walk or sunset tour near the Rapti River. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Tharu cultural dance performance followed by dinner at the resort.

Chitwan National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of exciting jungle activities inside Chitwan National Park, one of Nepal’s most renowned wildlife reserves. Accompanied by experienced naturalist guides, explore the dense forests and grasslands during a jeep safari where you may spot one-horned rhinoceroses, deer, crocodiles, wild elephants, and various bird species. The day also includes a peaceful canoe ride along the Rapti River, birdwatching, and a guided nature walk offering deeper insight into the region’s biodiversity and natural environment. After completing the jungle activities, return to the resort and relax in the peaceful surroundings of Chitwan.

Pokhara

After breakfast, leave Chitwan National Park and drive toward Pokhara, Nepal’s beautiful lakeside city surrounded by Himalayan scenery. The scenic journey passes through river valleys, terraced hillsides, charming villages, and countryside landscapes. Upon arrival in Pokhara, transfer to your hotel and enjoy free time to relax or explore the lively Lakeside area near Phewa Lake. Davis fall: The area in the south of Pokhara valley, locally referred to as Patale Chhango, is where a stream originating from Fewa Lake cascades down the rocks into a narrow canyon, creating several whirlpools. This scenic spot is incredibly popular among both visitors and locals.

Gupteshwor Cave: Located just 2 km away from the Pokhara airport, the Gupteshwor Cave is a revered site. The entrance to the cave is situated opposite Devi's fall, and it spans almost 3 km in length, featuring several large chamber-like areas and narrow passageways that require crawling on all fours. For Hindus, this cave holds immense significance as it houses a phallic emblem of Lord Shiva in its original condition, which was discovered here

Phewa Tal

Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Located at an elevation of 800m above sea level, this lake is the second largest in the kingdom. The Barahi Island Temple, situated in the center of the lake, is the most significant religious structure in Pokhara. This two-storied pagoda, constructed almost at the lake's center, is devoted to the female power, Shakti. The lake's tranquil waters offer a reflection of the stunning Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna peaks. A dense forest covers the neighboring southern slopes of the lake.

Seti Gandaki (Seti River)

Seti River Gorges: Seti-Gandaki has carved one of the most remarkable natural wonders of Pokhara. The K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool, and the Prithivi highway bridge near the bus park offer a breathtaking view of the river's dreadful rush and the deep gorge created by the forceful flow of white water.

World Peace Stupa

The World Peace Stupa in Pokhara is a stunning white pagoda perched atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Phewa Lake, the Annapurna range, and the lush valley. Built to inspire peace and harmony, it is a serene spot for reflection and breathtaking scenery.

Sarangkot

Sarangkot is a famous hilltop viewpoint near Pokhara, renowned for its breathtaking sunrise views over the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre Himalayan ranges, as well as panoramic scenery of Pokhara Valley and Phewa Lake.

Return to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus or Domestic Flight

After breakfast, your memorable journey through Nepal comes to an end. A representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure according to your flight schedule.
