Great experience. One quick note. The view from the deck of the cafe of Neuschwanstein is amazing. I almost missed it. It would be good to explicitly state that people shouldn’t miss that. I took great photos.

Really great day tour! We were really well looked after by Sabine - she gave us some really interesting facts on the two 1.5 hour drives, gave us a great recommendation for lunch and overall made sure we wanted for nothing. The 2 castles were lovely and was worth going to. The walk up to the 2nd/bugger castle was about 30 mins but very manageable. Highly recommend for a day tour and to get out of Munich city!

A full day but well worth it. Both the palace and the castle are breathtaking. Our guide was thorough and extremely personable.

The shuttle bus from Munich was easy to get to by public transit and was a pleasant trip to the castles. On the ride out our guide Elof shared some of the history of Munich, Bavaria, the castles, and the royal family. The admission to the castles are purchased on the bus ride out and you can purchase one or both tours, I recommend seeing both. Now it was winter when I went so the fountains weren’t running at Linderhof, but the views were still just as stunning inside and out. It’s then a short trip through some fairytale villages to Neuschwanstein where you’ll have an hour or so to get lunch, shop, and hike up the hill to the castle entrance. There is also a horse drawn carriage available that takes you up most of the way and its cash only. This castle was much bigger than I thought it would be and you’re ushered through in small groups with an audio guide with some additional information from your usher between recordings. Overall a very good experience, I’d go back in the summer so I can see the fountains and maybe hike up to the bridge above Neuschwanstein.

The tour was really well planned. Timing was planned super well. It is a little sad souvenir shops were close after our tour but understandable! Our guide Christine & driver was super nice and professional! Would definitely recommend this tour!

A must do tour. Everything exactly as described and better. Alberto, our guide, with his guidance and sense of humour made the tour interesting and joyful. He even offered guided tour in the city of Munchen. The castles and location unbelievable. Thanks for the memories.
