Schloss Neuschwanstein
Schloss Neuschwanstein, often known as Germany’s "Cinderella castle," was actually the inspiration for a different Disney story, the ‘Sleeping Beauty’ castle at Disneyland. The entrance fee to the castle is not included (you can pay on the day), but by booking this tour in advance, you’ll receive skip-the-line access to Neuschwanstein so you won’t waste time standing in the ticket queue. Once inside the enchanting structure, take a tour with a guide, who shares fascinating stories about the reclusive Bavarian king who commissioned a new residence in the 19th century. Thought to be mad, King Ludwig II desired a fantasy castle built in the mountains, an obsessive feat that was still incomplete when he died. Visit the best vantage points for views and photo ops of the castle’s towers, interiors and surrounding scenery such as the lake, gorge and equally beautiful Hohenschwangau Castle.

The information provided by the company is completely false. I was at the appointed place, exactly at the appointed time, waiting for the guide, but I was ignored. The guide was extremely negligent: even knowing I was with a child, did not make the slightest effort to contact or locate me. I couldn't visit the castle because of her and the disorganization of this company. It is unacceptable that, after we have paid for the service, we are abandoned in this way and still have to hear lies. I demand the immediate refund of the cost of the castle tickets and the return transportation which I had to pay again. This company has no respect for the customer. I have proof of everything.

relating to the service provided during your recent tour. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative and below any acceptable standard of customer service. I would like to highlight the following points: • Presence on site: We were at the meeting point for the entire time set. However, there was no effort on the part of your team to locate or contact us. • Lack of support and negligence: Your guide knew we were being escorted by a child. In the face of any unforeseen, it would have been elementary to make a simple phone call to help, which did not happen. • Experience history: We have already made several tours in other cities, such as Bucharest, and we have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and organization. This was undoubtedly the worst experience we've ever had. • Financial and logistical loss: Due to this failure, we were forced to change our transport plans and leave on our own account

Excellent Tour. Super fun and knowledgeable tour guide , trip felt very well paced. Castle is amazing and definently worth going inside. Be mindful that the bridge and main viewpoints are closed if the weather is bad, so anything booked in winter months may have limited photo ops. This didn’t bother us too much but just worth checking so you’re not disappointed

Lana was our very capable guide during this 10 hour tour. She meticulously checked to ensure all participants were accounted for during our tour. She was especially attentive to those of us older in years. It would’ve been nice had she been able to come into the castle to describe what we were seeing. Unfortunately, her ability to do that is prohibited…too bad,…as our guide that day couldn’t be understood most of the time. I asked some of the other younger people in the group and they agreed. I did take the horse drawn carriage up and down the mountain. The 8 EU it cost was worth it. 4 EU to return. This was a nice tour made even better by our knowledgeable tour guide.

Our trip to the castle was amazing. Walking through the snow up to the castle was majestic and out of a storybook. Our tour guide Jake was the best guide we’ve ever had in a tour. His humor and wit made the day fun and learning all the history of the castle and King Ludwig II from Jake awesome. Do not skip this company and take this tour. See if you can get Jake he’s the best!
