Paul was great and very knowledgeable. He knows so much about the area and history and clearly loves what he is doing. The food was very good at the 1st 2 restaurants, the 3rd just average American food with some green chiles on top. The chocolate store was very good. Plus he gave us recommendations for restaurants other than the ones we visited.

Jose gave us such an excellent, memorable tour! He has knowledge for days and will introduce Santa Fe’s history and present in a way that will make you appreciate it even more. The food and drinks of course were delicious, but it was even better because you knew what you were eating, its roots and history. He also handled potential know it alls in the group with kindness, respectful conversation and an abundance of facts. Take it at the beginning of the trip because he will give you all the tips on where to eat, based on particular tastes. Thank you Jose 🙏🏼

This was our 2nd time on this tour. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we wanted to share it with our son as we were in town celebrating his birthday. Our guide Jose is so passionate about New Mexican cuisine and the history of the region and how the 2 are intertwined. It is such an amazing experience and Jose is also personable and informative and we really enjoyed visiting restaurants and businesses that we had not been to before. We would rate this tour as a can't miss opportunity.

Very good food. A nice contrast was made between a more Mexican taco, a New Mexican enchalada, and a NM fusion burger (with chiles). The drinks were great and the guide was very knowledgeable
