Join this fun food tour, with locally raised guides who have generations of knowledge! This tour is unique because you will enjoy a hand-picked New Mexican food experience. Experience New Mexican food and discover some of the best foodie spots near the Santa Fe Plaza. On the tour, you will also learn about the history of Santa Fe, the food, culture, and historical points of interest such as the Palace of the Governors, The San Miguel Mission (The oldest church structure in the USA), and The Loretto Chapel (Home to the Miraculous Staircase). This casual tour includes a full lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, alcohol pairings (Such as wine, margaritas, or local beers), as well as dessert. **NOTE** This tour features New Mexican-inspired foods and can be spicy for some guests. We don't recommend this tour for anyone with serious food restrictions and minimal walking ability.

4.00This tour was fun, informative, and filling. The guide's presentation was a little didactic at the outset, a bit like a lecture, but once we got going it we had a good time and really enjoyed the food. We learned about local history and the differences in approaches to common recipes to be found in Santa Fe. My daughter and I returned to two of the restaurants to which we were introduced later during our visit. I guess there is no better recommendation than that.

5.00Excellent! This was more than just a food tour. Jose Lopez, our guide, gave a great overview of New Mexican food & history. Very knowledgeable and entertaining, he showed how geography, history and the melding of cultures impacted regional food choices. The food was delicious, the margaritas tasty, and all was nicely paced. Although a little pricey as food tours go, this was definitely worth the cost. We are frequent visitors to Santa Fe, this tour was a first for us and highly recommend.

4.00Jose had tons of information about Santa Fe and its history. This was a definite plus. My husband and I found the food and the drinks to be tasty. However, we also thought that the price was high for the amount of food received. Most food tours offer 4 to 5 entrées and a dessert. This tour only offered three entrées and a dessert, however, it did include three cocktails. In comparison to other food tours that charge $89-$100 with a $20 add-on fee for drinks this was still expensive at over $180 per person. At the end of the day Jose’s tour made the experience worth while.
