I have done several Viator tours in the US/international. I have had great experiences with Viator. This tour missed on every mark. First, we showed up 30 minutes early as instructed. No tour guide ever greeted us or was standing there with a sign. It’s difficult to know you’re in the right location in a strange city. Our male tour guide spoke very rude to multiple paying guests. It started about 30 seconds into the bus ride when he asked the ladies upfront to be quiet so he could speak in his microphone. This authoritarian attitude continued the entire tour. Did not matter if you were male, female, elderly or even handicapped. He never gave us any rules for the tour, but he spoke embarrassingly harsh if we supposedly broke one. At one point, he yelled to the group.” we’ll just keep waiting.” when the group didn’t walk fast enough. I guess he was referring to the elderly couple walking with a cane, in the dark cemetery, with uneven ground, and no flashlight. If any questions were asked, he appeared irritated on having to take the time to answer them. I’m still confused on why a person would choose to be a tour guide if you don’t expect questions. At the end of the tour, he literally stood in front and ask for a tip while holding out his hat as each of us exited the bus. He was so unprofessional. I feel if you’re good at your job, you shouldn’t have to ask for a tip. I have not been on a Viator tour yet that the tour guide has ever asked for a tip. He also mentioned on the way off the bus, if we did not like our tour to not leave a review. I did not leave a tip, and I definitely was writing a review. I actually asked for a refund from Viator. He was that bad.. There was never any EMF readers provided, even though it’s listed as included in the tour. This tour didn’t do any ghost hunting at all, we stood and listened to our tour guide talk.

A bit of walking. Tour guide was a good story teller. We thought we were going to the cemetery where Maria Leveau is buried but we didn't.

Wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The storytelling/history was good. But the one cemetery you walked through was small and while old, not as interesting as the large ones open to the public, which don't charge. Also, you only get to hold the emf sensor while standing near a busy street looking into a closed cemetery. Not worth $50.
