5.00What better than to spend a night in the graveyard with other ghost hunters and our tour guide Geoff at the cemetery on a Saturday night. We were looking for ghosts and chased the paranormal. My wife watches a lot of those kinds of ghost shows and this time we got one of those emf readers along the guidance to be in touch with the paranormal. Our guide Geoff was the real deal. And you could tell. His stories he told… the authenticity of his knowledge and the way he talked about the subject, you knew he had been involved with the super natural for years. My wife and I had a great time and she caught one of the few photos of a ghost ! 👻 Super Sedona and unique experience

4.00Things were great until someone crossed in the cemetery where they should not have and got injured so cut our tour and experience down. I feel like our tour guide was a little flustered after and we did not get as much time.

1.00I booked this tour or my daughter and I for April 16th, along with other tours each night we were in New Orleans. We arrived at 740 North Rampart Street, in front of The Rampart Treehouse around 6:15pm. As we were going to grab a quick bite before the tour, however, the restaurant was closed for a private event. We sat down with several people who had also booked the tour and even chatted with the folks at the buses. When they began counting the number of people there, they realized more people had shown up than there were seats available. When the employees began checking the tickets, we were told our tickets had been unasked the evening before, April 15th, therefore we were denied access to the bus. I called the tour office the next morning asking for a refund of $112.00, but was only offered other dates to complete the tour, but we were already booked on other adventures. I was asked to describe the employees, which I did, was told they didn’t work for the tour company. As a visitor to the city, I have no idea who their employees were. When I asked about a refund, I was told NO.. this tour was overbooked but rather than admit it, the tour company made it sound like it was my fault I didn’t know where to catch the bus or know who their employees were. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ITS A RIPOFF. I believe the company will immediately delete this review, so I intend on making it my sole mission to write this review each day until the issue is resolved.

5.00We decided to book something beyond a traditional ghost tour, and I’m so glad we did! Learning about the dark history of New Orleans was such a unique experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. If you have the option, definitely ask for Lucy as your guide. She was energetic, incredibly knowledgeable, kept the group fully engaged, and was ready for every question we threw her way. Tours like these are expected to be informative, but the guide truly makes all the difference in the kind of experience you walk away with. Highly recommend adding this tour to your list. Lucy, thank you for making it such a memorable experience!
