This was our favourite tour in New Orleans. The gentleman gave us so much information about New Orleans. As well as it was nice way to get around and see things in the area. This was the prefect way to start our first day 😊 Shirely the mule was a sweetheart 🥰

  • Un-Compassionate Driver.

Went solo on a business trip. Tried to share the experience with husband who has Parkinson’s via FT. Neither of us (husband and I ) talked while doing this so it was of no distraction to others. Husband has always wanted to go to NOLA but will never be able to make the trip. Was scolded by our driver, Mike, in front of the other passengers. I tried to explain but to no avail. Only got an eye roll. In addition, Driver Mike had cough drops and throat spray and coughed repeatedly. Needless to say this generally good tipper did not leave a tip.

We joined a couple other couples for a ride through the French quarter. We were told some history of the city and buildings as we went through. Mr. Booker was amazing!!!! Be aware: If the weather gets too hot, for the safety of the animals, they do cancel. But they try to move you to a time slot that is before it hits the “too hot” heat mark. (Feels like 105)

  • Extremely unprofessional

Just before our appointment time, it started raining, lightning and thundering. So I called and asked for refund, (as stated in the fine print) and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, and told me that the fine print was wrong and she’s not gonna refund any money and hung up on me. Definitely do not pay in advance or you could be disappointed

  • Very interesting history...
