Our tour guide was very informative. She was pleasant and helpful. We were able to jump off and on the buggy to take pictures . And buy souvenirs.

We took a one hour tour. We had a 9:00am reservation, but at 9:00 there was not a mule in sight. I called Royal Carriage and they finally determined that he was on his way and eventually he did get there. The drive was interesting, but we could not hear much of what the guide was saying. He had no sound amplification, so unless we hit a quiet spot and he turned around, we really didn’t know what he was talking about. We took a pedicab tour that was infinitely better than this.

The carriage tour exceeded expectations. Driver was informative and entertaining. My daughter has limited mobility so this was a way to see more neighborhoods.

Great tour guide who was so sweet to his mule! I was so impressed by how the guide handled the roads with all the crazy drivers around. Learned lots of Louisiana history!
