Discover the history and mystery of the French Quarter, also known as the Vieux Carre. See prominent landmarks such as the St. Louis Cathedral, French Market, Spanish Cabildo, Pontalba Buildings, Place D'Armes, and Napoleon House. Learn about important events such as the Great Fire of 1788, Battle of New Orleans, etc. Admire the architecture of Creole Esplanade, Old Slave Quarters, French Coffee Houses, Spanish Patios, and Ironwork Balconies

5.00The tour was very nice. The driver was knowledgeable about New Orleans history and was clear and easy to hear. The Mule was very cute. Definitely worth an hour of relaxation to see and hear some interesting history of the French Quarter and Marginy district.

3.00Was okay. Driver's phone kept going off while he was narrating the tour, very distracting. Walked by the carriages later that evening, and a blonde older woman driver (named Kim or Karen) rudely yelled at my 22 yo daughter not to pet the mule. No "excuse me, please don't...". My daughter (who works with horses) has some hearing loss in one ear and didn't hear her until she started yelling. Heated words were exchanged. Plus, that poor older animal had been there since earlier in the day and looked exhausted. Never booking again.

5.00We had an amazing time in this tour. Our tour guide, Mike was extremely knowledgeable and took us to places we have not seen. He explained each story in detail and even told us about the care of the mules and how they spent two months in farms every year to rest.
