Discover the history and mystery of the French Quarter, also known as the Vieux Carre. See prominent landmarks such as the St. Louis Cathedral, French Market, Spanish Cabildo, Pontalba Buildings, Place D'Armes, and Napoleon House. Learn about important events such as the Great Fire of 1788, Battle of New Orleans, etc. Admire the architecture of Creole Esplanade, Old Slave Quarters, French Coffee Houses, Spanish Patios, and Ironwork Balconies

3.00Our mule, name started with a "P", did a u-turn right away and we didn't get the entire tour. The guide adjusted as well as could be expected, but we were disappointed. Also, we were in the back two seats, and couldn't hear much of the time. There is just too much noise on the streets. My wife thought she saw some carriages with sound systems, but our guide had to yell. Don't sit in the back or you will be disappointed. I guess the mule does this quite a bit, so it's continued use is on the company. Not worth the $60 plus tips, unless they fix those two things.

4.00It started off a little rocky when we arrived. The company wanted to spit our couples group of 4, to 3 people on 1 row and the other person on another with a group of people we didn’t know. Then his other option was for one couple to sit on one row and the other couple to sit on the row with the driver. This option was unexceptionable for is as well as the driver. The finial solution was to put us on another carriage where we were able to ride with our partners at the same time. The tour was great. Pretty boy was a great guide. We enjoyed the experience.

5.00We enjoyed the Carriage ride immensely; the tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting about the tour we rode on. Pointed out all the decor and different old history houses, differences in the design and in general was a pleasant person. All about the history of New Orleans.
