Group of 4 of us for the tour. We hadn't even been gone 30 minutes when one of the girls in the group had a medical emergency. The tour guide Jodi did not call 911. One EMS was on the way she left the group of 3 young women, one of wich was still on the ground, alone in the alley waiting for the ambulance. We stayed with them until we were sure the rescue squad was there. We of course couldnt find our group at that point. Tried calling the phone number on the app and tried texting as well. No response. They of course asked for a review and i left one hoping for a response or so.eone to reach out to us. Apparently it is all about the money for this company. No reply at all and i have tried calling and texting several times. Poor business practices.

Scott was an amazing guide! He took us to a variety of haunted sites during our tour. We wish they offered a longer tour! He is a spectacular story teller and very knowledgeable about each site. He is very funny too! This tour is a must see if you are visiting New Orleans!

Lacey was my tour guide. She was very fun. Showed me pic of ghost on her phone. She knew the history of NOLA very well.

Jody was really good. The tour was super informative. Not spooky as such, more about the history so you learnt plenty but I would have loved more detail on ghosts and a little less history (but that’s just my personal preference) if was still great.

An entertaining tour into the mystical and spooky past of New Orleans! Our guide, Morgan, was in costume and stayed in character for the entire tour, presenting the stories with a fondness of the subjects and a bit of humor. I found that the topics she chose were often not the standard ghost stories, while making sure we got the big name one too! Very professional tour and comes highly recommended.

Coby was our amazing guide! He was so fun and interactive, and we really had a great time. It was crowded walking around at night, but Coby did a great job at maneuvering around other tours, telling us the information, and getting us good views of the buildings we were learning about. We also stopped by a local bar, and the vibes were just generally great the whole time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere Coby created as our guide, and he always made sure everyone could hear him!

Jody was a great guide and covered a wide range of topics and stories. We took another vampire tour and were disappointed by the sparse NOLA information. This was a much better tour. We did the 21+ but it wasn't too graphic.
