Great experience with most of the staff and those that were great, were actually amazing! But one rotten one upset me. I had my older parents and was trying to assist them with needs including helping my mother in a wheelchair. So 5 star to all, but no star for 1. Sad it changed the whole experience and I am thankful it happened at the end so my parents could enjoy the experience up to that point.

It was wonderful and an enjoyable experience upon a river boat cruise. The food was really good, the only thing is we don't eat pork. They automatically give everyone a plate with traditional made food. However they had a alternative without pork so I was very happy. I thought we wouldn't be able to eat. To make things easier on guest who choose to eat, maybe they can have you choose when you book a advance ticket so they get some idea.

Well organised, well narrated, good band. Plenty of seating and room to move about. Nice to have the chance to see the engine room. Didn’t try the food. All in all, no complaints.
