Essex County airport in New Jersey is accessible by a 45-minute taxi ride from Midtown or via public transportation from the Port Authority Building in NYC on 42nd Street.

A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.

Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.

You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.

All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building. Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.

A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights.

Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.

Sunset views are not guaranteed.

Great pilot, great trip which my daughter and I really enjoyed. Venue quite difficult to access from Manhattan unless you spend an additional 100 dollars on a taxi.

A unique experience with an organizer who was very competent, friendly and nice. We were offered to see not only the nightlights, but since all the passengers were there earlier, we also took off earlier to experience the sunset in flight. During the flight, the pilot made it possible for us to fly around the Empire State Buliding once after appropriate clearance. Mega! One person could sit on the co-pilot spot--unforgettable view!

Highly recommend and pilot was awesome! It was a little bit of a drive but that actually made it that much more amazing because you get to fly into the city from afar. We’ve been lucky to experience some nice things in life but this was truly breathtaking.
