Opened in 2015. Stay on floors 100-103. There's coffee and restaurant. Wonderful view of the city. It's 386m high. Higher than town.

Amazing view, and nice videos in elevator wish it was slower or could watch again. Lucky we were early no line. Pity that it’s so expensive. Even with aaa discount.

Great Views of all if NYC, NJ, surrounding areas. Quite surreal being in that location with aircraft flying below your feet. A truly humbling place. A must do if your down town.

FYI if you get the All-Inclusive package…make sure you know EACH ticket holder has $15 to spend at the cafe, restaurant or gift shop. Nobody seemed to know how we were supposed to be able to use it. We had some employees say we needed a barcode, which we did not receive…I was persistent and they finally scanned our actual ticket and that worked. $45 was a lot to just “leave” when we paid for it. It was perfect to go at 10:00am…extremely light crowds even with it being spring break. Great views.

Don’t buy a ticket for the One World Tower from this operator. In none of the details given was I told I had to go and redeem the Viator ticket. The scanners at the queue did not recognise the Viator ticket. Once I’d redeemed the ticket, it became clear that the One World Tower did not recognise the combo ticket I had bought so we didn’t get any of the extras I had paid for. No skip the line, no iPad tour, no $5 coupon. Complete waste of time and money.

I’m terribly afraid of heights and this was very enjoyable and tolerable for me. Glad I was able to do it and scratch it off my bucket list.

I was surprised, and maybe shd have done more research but there is no outdoor obs deck here- it’s totally indoors and through glass. Views were good but this was the worst of all the obs decks we did and we did Edge, Empire State, Top of the Rock and this. Save your money and do Edge or Top of Rock.
