To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 90 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

4.0Entertaining flying tour of NYC. Pilot was competent and informative. Ground assistance was particularly helpful. A lot of money for half an hour’s entertainment but my brother, who is a pilot, has told me that helicopters cost a ridiculous amount of money to run. The one drawback is if you’re on the port side you’ll have to lean across those on starboard to photograph the best sites (Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building etc). I thought this could be solved by simply doing u-turn and flying back the way we came. My brother again reliably informed me such a plan would never be approved as you’d risk crashing into other tour helicopters. Glad they gave me a chance to online tip as the lady who got us prepped certainly deserved a gratuity (I just never carry cash these days). Summing up - Good but expensive and try to get on starboard for the best shots.
Bad they took people money they don’t refund or give any credit.

1.0They don’t refund the money if something happend , money people was work hard I didn’t expect all the money back but you take all and you don’t give any credit maybe the person can’t come do it every time hi ready when this thing took your money they just don’t care about your feelings if you not sure you going do it don’t spend your money they going take it you going lost 🤬

5.0Picked up by XL limosine! Contact was easy. The flight was breathtaking. It was possible to store (large) luggage at the heliform. The flight was smooth en the views were excellent. Absolutely recommended!!
