Create your own itinerary and sightsee the Big Apple at your own pace - you have up to 30 days to use your pass. Your pass includes access to the Go City app and a digital guide to plan your trip. Make sure to check which activities require advance reservations, then show your pass on your mobile device at the entrance.

What To Expect
Empire State Building
Take in the whole Empire State Building Experience, including the newly renovated art-deco lobby, the sustainability and historical exhibits, and a free self-guided multimedia tour. See panoramic views of up to five states from the surrounding open-air promenade or from the climate controlled viewing galleries. PLEASE NOTE: reservations are required for this attraction. For additional information regarding operating times and reservations, please check Go City app or digital guide provided. It's not possible to reserve a time slot for sunset hours with your pass. We recommend visiting after sunset to enjoy views of the city at night!
Edge NYC
The Edge is New York City’s most exciting new attraction, set high above the fabulous, glimmering, brand new Hudson Yards! You’ll ride the elevator 100 stories into the sky, then step out in the open air onto a vast viewing platform with the famous skyline right before your eyes. Please note: Visit any kiosk outside the Edge entrance to reserve your entry in the next available time slot. For additional information including operating times check the Go City app or digital guide provided.

5.00We bought a 3 day pass for around $511 / £382.05 for 2 people (we had a discount code for signing up with city pass). We definitely saved a huge amount of money. In the 3 days we managed to complete the following: Statue of liberty and Ellis island tour, 9/11 museum and memorial, Rise NY, top of the rock, madame tussauds, empire state building, manhatten circle cruise, intrepid, the edge, one world observatory and the 2 day hop on / off bus pass. It was a packed 3 days but we really enjoyed it. We did Top of the rock in the morning and empire state building at night. It was a fab contrast. We didnt need the bus to get around, its long and not very unpredictable, however, we got the bus ticket on day 3 of our pass, and it was still valid for the 2 days. So worked after out pass had expired, which was a fab bonus! Subway was easy to use and we grouped our attractions together, so we walked most of the time. We had no issues at all using the city pass. Most bookable attractions allow you to amend booking up to 15 minutes before, which meant that if we were running early / late it was so easy to rearrange. A lot of attractions have gift shops, the lady in Top of the rock told us that showing the city pass gave 30% off. Which was fab. After that we realised most gift shops at the attractions give discounts that aren't advertised! We would definitely recommend the city pass for New York. It was a game changer for us :)

1.00Activity cancelled and deducted from the pass anyway. After I reported it to customer service (via wapp chat only) I was not given a refund, but a 28-day voucher for the same activity. Nevertheless, I specified that, being my last day in New York, I could not use it.

1.00I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a serious service issue we experienced with your bus service. Due to a problem with the BigBus service, we lost an entire day of our trip. The app continuously showed that the bus was nearby and would arrive within a minute. However, more than 30 tourists, including our group, waited for over an hour, and the bus never arrived. The app was not updated during this time, which caused significant confusion and inconvenience. I contacted customer service through chat, and after a long delay, we were informed that the bus had technical issues and would not be coming. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to us in a timely manner. As a result of this failure: We lost a full day of our planned itinerary We incurred hotel expenses without being able to utilize the day We lost prepaid package value We had additional food and related expenses This situation caused both financial loss and considerable inconvenience to our group. I kindly request appropriate compensation for the losses incurred and a review of your service processes to prevent such incidents in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response.
