2.00We only had one full day in NYC, so this tour seemed perfect. We booked weeks in advance and the tickets clearly stated a 9:00 AM start with an 8:30 AM meeting time. After waiting in the cold for 30 minutes, no one showed. When we called the number provided by Tripadvisor, we were told we’d been moved to the 10:00 AM tour because the 9:00 AM tour wasn’t running. This was the first we’d heard of the change and it contradicted what was printed on our tickets. Unfortunately, we had to head to the airport later that afternoon, so the revised time didn’t work for us. We did receive a full refund, but given our limited time it was disappointing to have to explore on our own without a guide. Very poor communication and customer service from USA Tours and/or Tripadvisor.
