5.00This tour was great. Our tour guide Lyonel was world class and did a fantastic job leading us through NYC. He even helped with our stroller at every stop which we appreciated, and was considerate of making sure we knew where to find an elevator and that we didn’t get separated from the group. Our tour faced some brutal NYC traffic, but they perservered and made it work and we still got a great experience. Juan is a great driver. Be advised that tour may run past 6 hours. Overall I’d recommend this tour.

5.00This is a very good value for money experience. Kevin and Manny were our Guide and Driver respectively and they were so awesome. They took good care of the tourists. They ensured that tourists’ time was of the top most priority and planned and coordinated each of the visits meticulously. Kevin is highly knowledgeable and passionate of each of his assignments as a guide. I would definitely recommend any of the first time visitors in New York. The heavy traffic was deterrent to our plan but Kevin and Manny ensured with their time coordination that none of our itinerary is deviated. Kevin was also patient enough to answer any number of questions to the best of his knowledge- which is immense. Kevin was very engaging and inclusive in all aspects. Hats off to Kevin and Manny

5.00It was our first trip to NYC and this tour was an excellent introduction. The tour was well planned and organized. Jimmy, the driver, did a great job maneuvering thru city traffic. Susan our guide, was very knowledgeable; she shared a lot of history and background, explained about the different neighborhoods and attractions and shared some personal stories, when asked. She was very helpful and approachable. We would highly recommend Susan, Jimmy and the tour!

We really enjoyed our trip and so glad we had Lyonel to show us around. The Tour Bus was fine, the pace relaxed. I would definently do this again. Thanks Lyonel and to the driver.

2.00It was okay, the tour guide was nice, but the bus had no air conditioning, the driving was crappy, everyone was nauseated, and there was so much traffic that the tour was not enjoyable. Also, if you are planning to do this with children, be sure to brings snacks and water. In summary, I personally would not recommend.

5.00Our tour guide, Joey, was absolutely fantastic. We arrived within the early arrival window and were shocked to find out that we were the last to arrive. Which was great news because we got started early and ended up catching an earlier ferry. So I’d recommend showing up well in advance of even the recommended early arrival time. Hopefully you’ll end up with the same luck we did! Joey did a great job of answering questions and keeping the group engaged. Very personable and professional the entire time.
