Good tour the bus did not have adequate heating in the winter time we were all freezing other than that the tour guide himself was great

We booked this tour to see the main attractions of NYC, and for the most part felt our tour guide, Nathan, was quite informative and well educated on the city and its history. However, Nathan was extremely un-accommodating and unpleasantly dismissive to our request to stay on the bus due to the bitter cold at 2 of the stops. We felt his passive aggressive comments about our request in front of the group, stating he was showing us 'tough love', were unnecessary and feel he could have pulled us aside instead which would have been far more respectful. Nathan also expressed his wishes that he wants to become an actor, rather than be a tour guide. We didn't feel this statement was necessary and quite unprofessional to tell the group.

Susan and Anthony were fantastic. I will let anyone I know coming to New York, to do this tour and ask for those two. Thank you for an awesome experience

Our guide Walter was not only knowledgeable about the history of the city, but as a native New Yorker he also provided a local point of view. Also, he gave us a lot of good practical tips for the rest of our stay.

Our tour guide was mediocre at best. Driver seemed inexperienced and didn’t speak English. Lunch stop at Gansevort Market was a waste of time. Chelsea market would be much better. The free Staten ferry is better done on your own. Didn’t learn much on this tour. Some of our group even left early. Very overpriced for what was delivered. Very disappointing.

We were happy and satisfied with our experience in this tour. We're able to see the places on our wish list in one day. It was a very fruitful and enjoyable time for both of us. We'll recommend this tour to our family and friends 🧡

Guide had great personality and kept the tour fun. Good way to see many attractions for which one could visit at greater length at another time. A bit rushed but not so much so to be frustrating. I’m not a touristy type person, and not interested in trivia; was essentially escorting my wife. If you are otherwise oriented you’ll likely get much more from this experience.

Walter was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. Recommend this for a great overview of the city. Use of microphone in outdoor areas might help all tourists to hear his great commentary.

The glass top small bus enabled us to see the buildings. The Staten Island ferry was a very good addition and the visit to the 9/11 memorial was very touching. The lunch stop in the underground mall at the memorial was leisurely with lots of choices.

Nathan was our tour guide and Jimmy was our driver. Both were great! I had been to New York before, but had never had the opportunity to see the sites. I decided to take an all-day tour. This was a wonderful experience. Nathan was knowledgeable, funny and enthusiastic. I am a retired educator, so I know a good presenter when I see one. He was very good. We got to see a lot of places that I had always heard about but had never seen. This was a really satisfying and positive experience. We saw places like the Empire State Bldg, the 9-11 Memorial, Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center and got a ride on the Staten Island ferry! All in all, a great experience!
