3.00It was alright. It’s a good excursion if it’s your first day in NYC, that way you can go back to the places later on in your trip and explore them more. But most of the stops are just a short walk and you’re back on the bus. We were excited for the ferry, but the ferry ride only includes riding the ferry to staten island and then IMMEDIATELY getting on another ferry to go right back to the mainland. This is a good excursion if you don’t want to walk much, but other than that it wasn’t all too exciting.

4.00This is an excellent way to get to see the interesting parts of the city and know more about some of the landmarks and their history. Some of the information shared by our guide Joey was very interesting, for example why there are cast iron arches in the buildings of Soho. The tour really covers a lot of ground though some more stops for photography (like in front of the Flatiron building or in front of Tiffany and Co.) would have been nice. However, on the whole there really isn't much to complain about and this tour is a great way to see a lot of the city in a day.

His knowledge of the city’s history, architecture, neighborhoods, and hidden gems was incredible. He didn’t just point out landmarks—he shared fascinating stories and insights that made every stop come alive. Throughout the tour, Lyonel remained professional, patient, and upbeat, even when faced with a few guests who were difficult to please. He handled every situation with grace and kindness, never letting it affect the experience for the rest of us. We appreciated how organized the day was, the perfect balance of sightseeing and walking, and all the local tips he shared along the way. By the end of the tour, we felt like we truly understood New York instead of just seeing it. 5.00I can’t brag enough about the quality of this tour! Since we had never been to NYC we were especially impressed with the number of stops and information that our tour guide Brendon gave us along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed learning about the city and its rich history. Of course the ferry ride to Staton Island and back was the highlight of the 6 hour tour. The views of the Statue of Liberty and the skyline of the 3 cities and their connecting bridges was spectacular!! Another plus was the feeling of security and safety while traveling through the city. Our driver, Manuel, was simply incredible! The bus broke out into applause when he maneuvered through what seemed like an impossible traffic jam with large vehicles on both sides. He was truly a professional. Speaking of professional, every step of the tour, from booking to the final step off the bus was so easy. Honestly, for the price I had no idea it would be such a perfect experience!!! Brendan even gave us tips on purchasing show tickets and food locations. We were blown away by the whole experience and if we get a chance to visit NYC again we will begin our trip with a wealth of insight. I’m so glad I happened upon this tour and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!!

5.00We really enjoyed this trip and as first timers in New York thought it was perfect. John the guide was very knowledgeable and you could tell he was passionate about what he was telling us, so very interesting to listen too. There’s no way you’d get round and see as much if you did it yourself so would highly recommend this trip. Also big shout out to Manuel the driver too
