Our tour guide provided an entertaining and energetic experience, while helping to keep our minds off of the traffic that caused delays. We were enthralled by his facts, humor and good natured teasing. It was a beautiful and fun day to explore NYC! My one issue was that due to the traffic our lunch was cut very short and with the lines at the restaurants we were very rushed. If the scheduling with the boat could somehow accommodate potential delays, it would have made for a perfect day.

For first time visit to NYC this tour is a must. You see a lot of the city in a half a day. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, he had tips about what to do and what not to do.

Lyonel was a great guide. 5 stars to him. Bus drive was great as well. The tour is worth the money. You see a lot of the major landmarks of New York. The sprinter van was very comfortable. The van we used was clean and it had outlets to charge your phone. With that being said it is long. It’s truly 6hrs. We pulled off from 7th street at 9:33am and stepped off the bus at around 4pm. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothes because you walk just about as long as you ride. Bring an umbrella because you will continue the tour even if it rains, lightening included. If you really want to hear the history behind the landmarks make sure you stay close to the guide. If you’re in the back of the group you may have a hard time hearing. They do wear a speaker.
