An enjoyable tour and while it was not the operators fault that we were unable to visit Ground Zero or take the Staten Island Ferry (due to Knicks Parade) I was disappointed with the alternatives that they provided. A view of the Statue of Liberty from Little Island was hardly the same, and a visit to Chelsea Market and a genesis exhibit of Marilyn Monroe hardly compensates for ground zero. The lady who did the tour was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed listening to some of her stories. Realistically the trip was too rushed to get a really good representation of NYC. Disappointed in the tour and felt it should have been a little longer.

The guide lady talked a lot of extra things to do in NYC that was irrelevant to the tour. Way too much information. She spoke too fast for being a tour person. And we should have gotten a small refund since we did not do the boat tour. She filled that time with details of what to do on your own. That is not what we paid for.

Fantastic tour!! Our guide was super informative and he was always keeping us interested. Our party was a mix of a first time visitor and a multiple time visitor and we both really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a tour in the city!!

We booked this tour and it exceeded all expectations. If you are short on time or it's your first time in the city, this is a must-do. The itinerary is incredibly well-paced, covering all the major highlights without feeling overly rushed. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating history and fun trivia at every stop. The transport was clean and comfortable, which was a lifesaver given how much ground we covered. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing 6-hour tour of Manhattan, and our guide made the experience unforgettable! He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so much interesting history and local insight throughout the day. His enthusiasm for the city was contagious, and he made every stop enjoyable and informative. We learned so much while having a great time. If you’re looking for a fantastic way to experience Manhattan, we highly recommend this tour—and especially this guide!

As city tours go, this was pretty average. The guide did a fine job pointing out the main landmarks, particularly along 5th Avenue, but the commentary was light on history and interesting background facts. It felt a bit superficial, with a lot of focus on the homes of the rich and famous. Surprisingly, they didn’t even mention or drive by Taylor Swift’s place—I actually had to ask about it myself. It’s a decent introductory tour, but it could be a much richer experience with better storytelling.

This was a great tour to see many NYC sites all in one day. Our guide and driver were both excellent. I appreciated having a guide who had spent his life in NYC and knew so many facts about how things used to be vs the present.

We spent 2hours in a bus when the air conditioning didn’t work from the start. To give you a sense of what we experienced. Wait until the temperature reaches 30degrees C go into a greenhouse, and close all the windows and doors Have not got the room for rest of this terrible experience .
