5.00Walter was our tour guide and he gave us a great high level overview of several attractions. It was wonderful as we have never been to NYC before. This was the perfect tour for us as we didn’t have to worry about where to go or how to get there. Our driver, Jimmy, did a fantastic job on making sure we got to every location and was always there to pick us up.

3.00I've taken many tours with Viator and they've all been excellent! This tour was just okay. It was a rainy and cold day which of course is no fault of Viator but maybe it put a damper on things. I took this exact tour in May of last year with friends and it was so fantastic and informative. This one - just so-so. Nathan was our tour guide and he was okay but not the best. Seemed a bit off, like it was the last place he wanted to be. One disappointment is when I took this tour last May we went inside the Oculus but we weren't taken in there this time. I would definitely recommend this tour - you do learn so much about NYC. Maybe it was just an off day for our guide. I do realize now that I love New York City - surprising to me because I'm not a big city gal.
