Her knowledge of NYC was tremendous and her information was interesting and informative. We could not recommend a better tour of the City. If you have a way to ask for Rachel please do. 5.00Charles is very knowledgeable about New York City history and landmarks. My favorite part is the Art Deco building and art. Seeing the Statue of Liberty from the ferry is quite poignant.
