5.00If this is your first time to New York City, this is an excellent tour to attend! It was my kids first visit and they learned so much. The tour also gave us great ideas and inspiration for the rest of our stay. I highly recommend it, it was very informative and our tour guide was very knowledgeable.

5.00Viator Glass Top Bus Tour was Amazing! Joey was our tour guide. He was super knowledgeable and a real New Yorker. He had all the inside stories. The glass top bus was great because we were able to see everything. The whole tour was fantastic because it gave us the ability to cross off so much from our “Must-See” wish list within 6 hours plus we got the history of it all.

5.00This tour had all the highlights of New York City I wanted to see. Our tour guide, Charles, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we learned everything about each stop. He knew where to go to make the tour less congested around the crowds and still see everything. I would highly recommend this tour. Since it was a small group it was easier to stay together as we got on and off the bus.

5.00Our full-day guided bus tour of New York with USA Guided Tours New York in September 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. It was a very warm day, but traveling in their glass-roofed, air-conditioned coach made the experience incredibly comfortable while allowing us to enjoy sweeping views of the city’s famous skyline and landmarks. What truly made the day unforgettable, however, was the extraordinary care shown by our tour guide, Keven Finney, and our driver, Juan Akeno. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and from the moment we arrived they treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. Keven was not only knowledgeable and engaging, bringing New York’s history and neighbourhoods to life with fascinating stories, but he was also wonderfully attentive, making sure my mother was comfortable and never rushed. Juan’s driving was smooth and professional throughout the busy city streets, and he always positioned the coach perfectly so we could step on and off safely and easily. On such a hot day, his attention to keeping the coach cool and comfortable made a huge difference. Both Keven and Juan went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxed and enjoyable day. Their thoughtfulness and professionalism turned what could have been a tiring day in the heat into a truly memorable experience. If you’re visiting New York and want to see the city comfortably while learning from passionate professionals, I highly recommend this tour. Thanks to Keven and Juan, it became a highlight of our trip and a day my mother and I will always remember.
