1.00I followed the instructions from viator, downloaded the topview app but it would't accept my order confirmation # to allow me to download the tickets. we also were never given the address to meet the bus. We wasted money and didn't get the experience we wanted.

3.00Where you sit matters. Many of The bus headphone jacks do not work, so you need to be able to hear the tour guide at all times. I sat in the front of the bus and heard about a third of the tour. My daughter sat in the middle of the bus, heard everything and loved the tour.

1.00Wrong address on Viator tickets did not work waited 45 extra minutes to get help with tickets still didn’t work then they put us on anyway extremely stressful when it didn’t have to be
