We got the 3 day unlimited City Passes which included all 103 attractions for 3 full days. So as many experiences as you could get to in those 3 days you could experience! It was definitely worth the money. We paid $757 for 3 unlimited passes and went to 12 attractions which would have totaled if paid separately $1411, so QUITE a savings!! The GoCity App was so easy to use. Just go to the attraction you want and they scan your pass directly from your phone! Will definitely do it again in another city I am visiting!

I've tried to make a download in the app nearby within the stipulated time because I can't make it to Rockefeller's observation deck in time, but got a red error message. I continued to try to do the program, but the error message kept coming up and I couldn't do the program. I sent an email to support so I could make another appointment, but they didn't respond. The Rockefeller observatory pass remained invalid and expired without another reservation. It was a trip with my 83-year-old mother. It was a shame because I couldn't climb the observation deck.

The app was a great tool for planning what events we could fit into our schedule- it included what to expect, hours, how to navigate to the event and if reservations were needed. Very easy to use and saved us a lot of money!

Used the 5 experience new york pass for 3 adults one child. Really only wanted the main parts but if you wanted more there is an unlimited option but costs more. Booked all experiences but no one checked the time really. Used easily by scanning in at the venue. No issues apart from after 4 uses one pass expired without reason. Other three still active. Did panic as had the 9/11 museum the next day which was our last day. Did online chat as soon as I noticed that evening. Fixed and issued a one use pass to replace which was used at 9/11 museum without issues. If this wasn't fixed I would have given 1 star as it would have ruined the trip/experience. Thankfully not. It was quick and easy to fix. All venues had ease of use of the pass. When booking you can amend after but we didn't need this. Would use again.

Everything went smoothly. The reservation and realization of the time slots also worked well. We also spontaneously undertook some activities. The offer is very extensive. Due to the intensive use of our 5-Day Pass, we were able to save quite a bit.
