Our tour begins in front of the Wave sculpture on the corner of America's Cup Ave. and Memorial Blvd.. We will talk about Newport's infamous pirates, Revolutionary War armies, the Gilded Age of mansions and industrialists, the Irish American heritage up to and including the condominium boom. Our tour will last 2.5 hours and will cover approximately 1.75 miles. Bring your appetites, you will not be disappointed!

Following your check in, we give a brief history of the 41 North and the Armory, then continue on to our "Off the Beaten Path" tour. If you have been to Newport many times or if this is your first time, you will experience many new facts and wonderful restaurants along the way.

Had a great time. Tom was a great guide. Group was small, was 6 of us, so a good size to socialize and enjoy with others. Learning the history of the area and having some good food along the way was a great way to explore Newport.

The food and people were great. I loved the history included in the tour. Highly recommend it, just pick a time when something lie the folk festival is not going on.
