Enjoy 3 to 4 hours in Niagara Falls to visit the Horseshoe Falls and the American Bridal Veil Falls. Take free time to explore on your own or add optional attractions such as the Niagara City Cruises (Hornblower Boat Ride) and/or the Journey Behind the Falls. Have lunch at a local restaurant. On the day of your trip, you can also add a Niagara Helicopters ride or tickets to the Skylon Tower.

5.00Kaleb was a great guide with lots of tips and advice on how to navigate different areas of the tour. Very clear on instructions too. Bus was a little warm and the mic was a little too loud, but overall I had a great time!

5.00Our driver/guide Paul was excellent very personal and interactive with us. The pick up place could have been more convenient for us. We drove over an hour to the pick up place then went back the way we just came from .

5.00The tour was fantastic! A big shout-out to our tour guide, the "Captain," who did a really great job. During the ride, one could learn quite a bit about Toronto's openness to the world. There was also a mnemonic to remember the names of the five Great Lakes: H-O-M-E-S

5.00For the tour operator only positive feedback. Our guide, Tracey, was awesome, I dare to say she is too kind for her own good. The driver, Vito, was very professional. I booked the Hornblower boat ride and the journey behind the falls. The latter is very overrated and not worth it, the queueing was 90% of the ‘journey’ and if you have asthma it’s a nightmare because of the moldy, humid and narrow tunnel to get there. One constructive feedback is about getting more specific or detailed instructions about the meeting point for the return.

3.00The day was amazing but the guide spoke more than needed about subject unrelated to the trip (economy and general history of the area) made worse by the fact that thr microphone was deafeningly loud and there was a lot of feedback which made for very annoying commentary on the way to the falls. There was no safety briefing about the bus ahead of the trip and the air on board was not working. It also needs to be clearer that there is no food or drink allowed on board. On such a long trip and with such an early start not being able to have a coffee until the maple tasting was not ideal. Also, the coffee option at the maple tasting facility was disgusting. It actually smelled like the water had not been changed in the machine for a very long time. Worst we’ve had anywhere in the world.
