Fantastic and well worth the money. Great knowledge from our tour guide Andrew, who gave us lots of information and knowledge about the falls. He also made everyone welcome, relaxed and got all other tourists and nationalities interacting and having fun. Another bucket list experience for us and will definitely use Viator again for future trips.

Andrew was Amazing! I was traveling solo but felt safe and comfortable throughout. He engaged with the travellers and bonded them together and I found the information he shared interesting and useful. I am so greatful I got to experience this amazing area within such a great group under the guidance of such a enthusiastic guide.

We had a wonderful time visiting such an incredible place but it was made even better by our tour guide, Andrew. He was well planned, friendly, and he provided a nice little history of Toronto landmarks and the Falls. The tourist tips he provided were very helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

Took this trip on our first full day in Toronto, with John as our guide. I would recommend this in a heartbeat, we also added a helicopter trip above the falls which, though expensive at $C 160 each, was an amazing once in a lifetime experience. The day was made by our guide John, who was absolutely exceptional. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience, clear concise communication from booking to the actual event - the guide (can’t remember his name, but begins with S and he was part Ghanaian) was a legend!!!!!!! Got some amazing photos of the falls even though it was not the best weather

They came looking for us in time, just 10 minutes of waiting which is more than logical. The tour to the falls had logical stops and the one before arriving (mapple syrup shop and chocolates) is better prices compared to the shop in Niagara Falls. Perhaps it could be more detailed the service provided on the page where it is offered as a point to improve, another is that many of us were Spanish-speaking but I had no option to take a service with this language.

Trip was good, guide was knowledgeable of the area and attractions. The ad for the tour did not show that we’d spend 2+ hours at a fun park/sideshow alley style area at Clifton Hills. Had this been declared I may have selected an alternate tour

It was a bad experience. The shuttle bus was low quality, cramped, and poorly air-conditioned. I paid more for the complete package than if I had paid for the attractions separately on-site. I do not recommend this tour operator.

I really enjoyed the trip. Me and my granddaughter were visiting for her spring break. The tour bus picked us at our hotel and we were greeted by Mr. Andrew. The tour made several stop along the way which was nice.

We had the best day EVER! Our guide was friendly, punctual, explained everything for the day ahead, and even rejigged the schedule to accommodate the changing weather forecast. There was so much fit into just one day, but we never felt rushed. Honestly, if you’re thinking of booking then do it!
