1.0None, we were left behind. Apparently, our confirmation text and email stated that check-in was at 8:30am and according to Greyline, departure was at 8:30am and check-in was 8:15am. We arrived at 8:32 am and the bus had departed. We were conversing with a rep from Greyline who was able to connect us with another company.

5.0Great tour package. The falls were amazing. Enjoyed our visit to Niagara on the Lake. The lunch, boat ride and wine tasting made our trip very enjoyable. Our guide Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam the driver was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this tour to others. The combination of stops/activities was perfect for us. We would never have seen as much if we tried to do all these things independently.

5.0This was all-around wonderful experience from the boat ride, Ontario on the lake and ending it nicely with wine tasting! Peter was a safe driver and tour guide with a sense of humor and Alex did a great job in ensuring no one was lost or missing. Thank you for a fun memorable trip!

2.0We don't get the full 3 hours on the falls as expected. Waste time on waiting for late and no show ppl on pick up. There should be a rule not to keep waiting for the late ppl.
