Once inside the Skylon Tower you will ascend 520 ft. in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you will be treated to an incredible, birds-eye view of all three Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and the American Falls), as well as the Niagara River and surrounding area.

You will have descend 125 ft (approx. 40m) to explore cave-like tunnels behind the Falls at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience is a treat for the senses as you’ll be able to not only hear the falls but feel them as well.

Then take a Hornblower cruise for an up-close look at the falls (seasonal: May to October), at which point your tour will come to a close and you and your guide will part ways. On your cruise, you will sail around the Niagara gorge and get as close as possible to the Falls.

In winter and spring months, the cruise is replaced with Niagara Takes Flight.

My partner and I had an incredible experience touring Niagara Falls, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Julian. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Niagara Falls, from the history to the geology, and he answered every single one of my (many!) questions with ease. I am a naturally a very curious person who loves diving into historical details and Julian made the experience even more engaging with his expertise! We also never felt rushed. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, see the falls from multiple angles, and complete every activity on our itinerary at our own pace. This was a great way to ensure seeing Niagara Falls up close, behind the falls, and from a bird’s eye view up the Skylon Tower. It would have been nice to hear our tour guide better with a microphone or earpiece as we walked from the Skylon Tower to Journey Behind the Falls. Wear waterproof shoes and clothing as the mist coming from the falls is similar to a good rainy day.

Tour was fine. Disappointed in my communication with Viator and to what was included. The information I received from Viator is not what was included in my tour. I specifically asked about Niagara takes flight and I was told it was included and my tour operator said it wasn’t. Disappointing since I need to now work that into my trip. Also, incline planes not operating. No fault to the tour company, but that information wasn’t provided either until a question was asked about getting to the falls.

Covers all the bases. Niagara Falls From above, behind and in the Falls in the Boat. Lots of opportunities for different views and photo 's. It was fun and you definitely get wet on the boat. Our guide Ashton was great. Very helpful with my needs as a person with a disability while being attentive to the whole group of 12.
