What To Expect
We take a 20-minute boat ride to the Bioluminescent Bay. Once at the Bioluminescent Bay, you can snorkel with the bioluminescence. Snorkeling is optional, you can remain on the boat. You can still see the bioluminescence from the boat, but it is 10x in the water with a mask. Minimum age is 3 years. Maximum weight is 275 pounds.

5.00Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We went on the night with the smallest sliver of moon for the brightest phytoplankton. It was magical as I waved my hands around in the water--just like a Disney fairy godmother waving her wand. The water in the shallow bay was warmer than the open ocean, which I appreciated. The guides provided thin wetsuits to help protect from the tiny jellyfish that live at the bottom on the slim chance that they'd float up (I wasn't worried). The tour was organized and well-executed. Thank you!

5.00Great all around excursion. Staff - Friendly, knowledge and helpful. We have a 6 year old and they had age appropriate gear and support for them to snorkel. Experience - the plankton lived up to the hype. It was very bright when you swam around in it. And as they say, it’s 10x better with you face in the water vs viewing from the boat.

5.00Really cool to see how bright the water gets when you move in the water. The tour operator was great - liked their idea of using pool noodles to hold us up so we didn’t disturb the jellyfish. This is something everyone should try while on island.
