An excellent overall experience. Our guide brought us to some incredible spots that allowed for great viewing of the bioluminescence effect. I would highly recommend the kayak tour over the electric boat tour; it brings you closer to the water and allows for greater contact with the plankton

The bioluminescence tour was so magical. You really do need to go into the water to get the full effect of the sparkling phytoplankton. George's watersports did such a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They have this down to a science and we could not have asked for a better experience.

The bay isn’t glowing as pictured in instagram but when you get in the water with your snorkel it’s quite cool , it looks like white embers or diamonds coming off your finger tips and feet. The phone makes the algae look blue , in real life it glows bright white in the water through your snorkel mask , a different but very unique and enjoyable experience. Great friendly crew , nice boat ride out and back. Definitely a good time

Michael and Thomas were fantastic hosts! The boat is new, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — even featuring an upper deck perfect for stargazing. The bioluminescence was absolutely magical and made for one of the most unforgettable night swims I’ve ever experienced. This is truly a must-do excursion for anyone visiting the area!

We loved our bio bay tour. Michael and Thomas took excellent care of us. It was a perfect night as they only take you out if it is a good night for viewing. We have done two previous bio bay tours in Puerto Rico and this tour was exceptional in that we had snorkel masks to really view the bioluminescence. Also, the rash guards were wonderful to alleviate worries about jellyfish.

This was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. The crew keeps you safe with protective gear and they are knowledgable about the phenomena. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed this way more than we thought we would. As the folks at George's explained, the magic happens when you put your face in the water. The plankton, protected in the man-made bay, look like little sparks traveling up and down your body as you move back and forth. My wife said she felt like Elsa and there were definitely some super hero vibes going on inside my head. If you try to get a view from the boat, or above the water, the only thing you really see if a little bit of a glow, very underwhelming. To truly experience it, you have to get your snorkel on and get in the water. That being said, there are some upside-down jellyfish who also live in the protected bay, so the crew are very clear not to try to stand up in the shallow water (5 - 7 feet). If you disturb the jellyfish, you risk being stung. They do provide sting suites and booties, and of the maybe 20ish people on our tour, only 1 said they "might" have got a little sting.
