The air conditioning on the bus is not that good. I was hot all the time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and all, but some of the land marks he was talking about could not be seen from the bus, I guess it depends where you sit, and there was no options to sit or rotate seats on the bus. The tour felt rushed because eve though it was 3 hours long, I think too many landmarks were visited and I didn't enjoy the stops since all you have time for is for a quick picture then back on the bus

Know that the last stop involves a long walk to Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam Wall in the dark. I was not able to walk this long distance with mobility issues. I was afraid of not being able to keep up and be left behind. Two people were left behind on the first stop, which I found concerning. None of the other stops were strenuous but the last stop was unexpectedly so. The tour was not described as strenuous when I booked it. Two out of the three in our party did not get off the bus on the last stop due to concerns. One lady on the tour (not in our party) fell on the last stop.

Roshelle and Chris were great guides. Definitely bring an umbrella with your rain jacket though! They made the best of the weather and overall worth it.

The tour moves fast so you gotta keep up. But it’s fun and informative. And covers many of the highlights of DC. Our driver was very nice. And the tour guide was knowledgeable and very funny. He kept us entertained.

It is important to mention that the tourist guide is very knowledgeable but we also need to let you know that the ride itself was not exactly what we expected. V representative was completely unaware of who, when, or how to organize the group of people. The bus driver was waiting since 6:40 pm., but we finally got on board around 7:20 pm. Our tourist guide Sally arrived around 7:30 pm. We found it disrespectful considering our waiting time while she made a “joke” instead of offering a proper apology, although she made up the 3 hours trip ending at 10:30 pm. Maybe her experience has not been as good as it should be regarding the tourists etiquette and protocol because she addressed to all of us in a childish way when giving instructions on the different spots we visited.
