  The park and the animal experience was wonderful. The pick up And drop off points were terribly inconvenient. The guide was horrible. His English was very poor and he was very quick to distance himself from the group many times walking ahead without telling anybody. He got off the bus at the first stop leaving more than half the group still on the bus. Overall the worst trip I have ever taken with Viator.

  Paul our guide,s initial instructions were a bit scary but we soon realised that listening to what he said made so much sense. Tour itself was very enjoyable.

  We sat on the bus after pick up for 45 minutes without any explanation for the delay. When we arrived at the night safari our guide, who had very poor English, rushed our group to the trams without explaining what we were supposed to do. The bus collecting us after the safari was 30 minutes late so we were left to hang around the gift shop area.

  A truly magical experience to see wild life up close. The show was great and the tram ride exceptional.

  I thought that I may have paid a little too much at first but in reflection we were picked up from our hotel, we had a great tour guide that told us what to do at the night safari to make the most of our time and he also got us in queues faster. Coach back to the hotel, there was nothing we needed to think about! Would definitely book this way again
