I thought that I may have paid a little too much at first but in reflection we were picked up from our hotel, we had a great tour guide that told us what to do at the night safari to make the most of our time and he also got us in queues faster. Coach back to the hotel, there was nothing we needed to think about! Would definitely book this way again

Tour operator emailed me on Whats App a half hour before I was supposed to be picked up at my hotel telling me they could not pick me up there, so I ended up having to get a taxi to the zoo for almost the same price as the tour. Tour guide was okay but not very sympathetic to my problem with the operator, saying it wan't his fault.

Very hectic activity and very grateful we organised this tour for ease of direction, transit and tickets. Tour guide was fantastic at communicating all we needed to know and where we needed to go.

If you can walk - walk! - don’t take the train. You see very little of the animals from the train. Go on a quieter week night. Lots of animals to be seen. Check feeding times - I got up close to Hippo being fed and wallabies. Amazing white tigers came close too- albeit behind glass!
