Worst trip ever

1.0Coach forgot to pick me up. Asked Tour guide to show me manifest, l was first on list. Asked who was responsible for pickups guide blamed driver. When driver at end of tour asked guide how many hotel drop offs do l have she couldn't answer😳 This guide was the worst l've experienced. Night Safarivis ok, nothing to rave about.

2.0Dear Viator Company We are long time customers of your company and mostly had good experiences with service provided. However we are deeply disappointed with the organization of the Night Safari tour provided by your company. In the tour description, it was clearly stated that we would be able to enjoy a tram ride and then walk with the guide to see the animals that were not visible from the tram. At the start of the tour, the guide mentioned that it might be possible to do both. However, in reality, it was physically impossible to fit both activities within the allotted time. We were forced to choose between the tram ride and the guided walk, which meant we could only experience half of what was promised. After the tour ended, we were left waiting for an hour for the bus to arrive, which added to the overall frustration. As a result, the tour felt incomplete, and we were unable to enjoy what was advertised in your description. This is a clear discrepancy and falls short of the quality and experience we expected. We request a refund as compensation for the tour not matching its advertised description and for the overall unsatisfactory experience. Sincerely, Alla

5.0Seeing the live show and animals in their natural habitat. Observing new & exotic wildlife that I've never heard of.

3.0Some of animals were interesting but several of them were no shows on the tram ride. Food was great on the buffet. Staff were very pushy as you got off the tram to get you to buy photographs
