  Went on this tour because (for very logistics purposes) it was the only one open to me. The organisation overall was poor. One couple, prior to my own pickup, were made to leave earlier than scheduled, and then kept waiting for an hour. All the drop-offs & pick-ups involved hanging around, as the bus/ driver wasn't there when he should have been. When we got to Marina Bay Sands, in order to visit the Skydeck, it was sold out & Tour East didn't have any tickets. A group of us was left hanging around while the tour leader continued heated discussions with the venue manager to actually get us in. The Skydeck visit itself was good, as was Gardens By The Bay, but the meal afterwards on the edge of Chinatown (at our own expense!) was another disaster over ordering & payment. The tour leader helped initially, but then just disappeared for 40 minutes. Again we had to wait around for transport back to our hotels. Incidentally Tour East also had to pick me up from the airport - they were very late, leaving me temporarily stranded & gave me zero info about my stopover (even though they were the local agents for my tour operator). Absolutely not impressed

  A few days before the TOUR EAST SINGAPORE Marine Bay delights Tour we were advised that the local dinner include in the original booking had been changed to drinks at Cel lA Vie Kiosk and did we accept the change. We accepted the changed provided we could choose wine to drink or rum and coke or brandy and coke. We do not drink beer or champagne type drinks. On the evening we were offered a choice of 3 drinks, a beer Asahi Super Dry or Tiger Beer (13 Singapore dollars), a frozen Singapore Sling (16 Singapore dollars) or a frozen virgin Singapore Sling (8 Singapore dollars). We were advised in the earlier correspondence by Tour East there would be no reduction in cost as the two elements are equally priced. We could accept the change or otherwise arrange a refund as long as we give notification at least 24 hrs before the tour. If we had known that we could not choose our preferred drink we would have cancelled. We decide on the frozen Singapore Sling (16 Singapore dollars) as the only possible option for us- but this turned out to be basically a slush puppy drink in a plastic glass. Our guide only gave us 30 minutes to drink ( and it was a totally disgusting concoction). We felt totally ripped off by this change and that the drink element being equally priced to that of a dinner (no way). the Tour Guide claimed he was not aware that the dinner had been changed to drinks only. The rest of the tour, light show at the Super Tree Grove, visit to the Cloud Forest Dome and observation deck at Marine Bay Sands Hotel was very good. Shame that the tour was spoilt by TOUR EASTS lack of consideration of its customers. Would hesitate to book any tours with them ever again.

  Great trip even with the heat. Guide was great, informative& funny. The meal included was not great. Your stills were beautiful & well organized. They should just skip the meal.

  This was a fantastic tour spending time at the Flower Dome then watching the light show was an real treat which was topped off by seeing the incredible view from the sky park.

  We booked 2 evening tours, first was a meal at Copthorne a river cruise and a visit to Raffles, The meal was a disaster, it was coloured water (soup) stone cold poached chicken and rice, inedible, my Sister was served hers with less than 5 minutes before we had to leave. The rest was good. Our second was a gardens by the bay tour you need make sure you get ALL of your tickets, our guide was useless, from the start we had to chase him to find him, I’m nearly 70 and quite fit! we couldn’t find him at all after the gardens by the bay we visited, he had our phone numbers? We were supposed to go to Marina bay afterwards but we couldn’t meet him there as he had our tickets, we searched for 50 mins, extension stressed and just got a taxi back to hotel, an evening ruined. Absolutely appalling service and customer service. I suggest you do your own trips or use a better company

  We loved this tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed Gardens by the Bay. It was awesome. Bring money because they give you time to eat on your own at the Gardens by the Bay. The night show was awesome. You are given time to explore on your own, just make sure that you meet back when you are supposed to. We left one female who did not show up at the designated meeting place at Gardens by the Bay. We had to leave her or we would not have gotten in to Marina Bay Sands before it closed.

  beautiful and relaxing for those who love greenery and exotic plants near the great hotel bay marina or one night is enough after very good hotel moin expensive because the bay marina c is on average 500 euros per night and it does not deserve them

  I like this place so much. Even through men made , very very beautiful and very wonderful for me. A lot of activities available here such as lighting dance.

  Spending a few hours walking around this place is like being inside a dream ! You are totally in another world ! This is definitely a unique experience . The place is very clean and very safe. you are surrounding by beautiful trees and plants , all of them full of special lights ! Also, at the same time you have a nice view on one side at the water and on the other at the town . Well, definitely if you are in Singapore, this is a must.
