Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Highly recommended tour for a full experience in Ninh Binh with Sunny our tour guide. In addition to sharing about everyday Vietnam life, he also gave us a nice concise History lesson. High Value for transport, activities, sites and included Lunch. This tour is highly recommended with Sunny as evidenced by the many 5 Star Reviews. 5.00Want an unforgettable experience? Look no further. I had the absolute BEST time with This excursion. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had an extra day in Hanoi, but this day trip was the best part! My only regret was that I wish I had done this sooner. Not only was sunny informative and hilarious, he truly enjoys what he does and the energy is infectious. Our group was filled with laughter and joy. This is a must for anyone going to Hanoi!

5.00We did the Ninh Binh full-day tour from Hanoi to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the get-go, communication was spot on, we were picked up right on time and everything ran smoothly throughout the day. The itinerary was action-packed but well-paced, with a great mix of sightseeing, cycling, and a memorable boat ride through Tam Coc. Lunch was provided and had something for everyone as well as being delicious, and our guide Sunny was historically knowledgeable, funny, and kept everyone entertained. For any Aussies visiting the region, this tour is an absolute must!

4.00It's a nice activity. Worthy you have a free day in hanoi. The coolest part is the bike around the temple. It was a rainy day and we could do everything Our guide Sunny was a great storyteller, specially about the dynasties, kings and emperors. The lunch is delicious!!! Good bus with wifi, water and usb charger The boat trip is nice, quite long to be honest. And kind pressure to give tips... The dragon is nice, worthy go to the top of the mountain. Nice view.
