Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We had a great time with guide Sunny and driver Hoa on the day trip. Activities were good, food was fresh and delicious. Sunny is an humorous and helpful tour guide and we would recommend him. Bikes were good quality and simple to use. A family of 4 with two teenage girls, all of us enjoyed the day. Hoa drove like a ninja.

5.00This is my first trip to Hanoi with my 2 daughters and first time we joined the tour group for a day trip. We thoroughly enjoyed it as we had a very energetic, fun & knowledgeable guide - Sunny. He gave us a brief history of Vietnam & Ninh Binh which is very educational for my girls. We also had a quick Vietnamese lesson. Sunny & the driver took very good care of everyone in the Group, making sure we were all comfortable and safe. We enjoyed ourselves on the boat ride, very relaxing. The climb to the mountain was very tiring but view was exhilarating. Highly recommend this day trip!

5.00We highly recommend this tour of Ninh Binh with Sunny. You’ll see many other groups touring the same areas but Sunny has created a great experience by mixing the activities and optimizing the schedule. For example, we arrived at the restaurant for the included lunch before it became busy. He also ensures there are plenty of bathroom opportunities and provides bottled water throughout the day. He had helpful advice on how much to pay for souvenirs and the appropriate tip after our boat ride. This attention to detail raised it well above your average tour. Thank you Sunny for a full and very fun day.

5.00Amazing experience, was a really well planned trip that brought us through the history of Ninh Binh and amazing scenary despite the drizzle. Our tour guide Sunny was really engaging with his storytelling and helpful. We stayed ahead of the crowd the whole time as he had good time planning and management. 5.00This tour is perfect if you love beautiful scenery, meeting new people and a bit of adventure. The first activity was cycling. You cycle through a local village with a gorgeous view of temples and mountains. Then the next activity is an hour boat ride on Tam Coc river. They paddle you through caves and picturesque scenery. Lastly was the Mua cave. This is a 500 step hike which makes you sweat but it’s worth the challenge! If you can’t/dont want to walk up the mountain, there was cafes, caves, walks along the rice fields and more. Our tour guide Sunny was amazing and very knowledgeable, giving us lessons on the culture, language and the meaning of many things. If you are thinking about this tour, do it! It was such a perfect day and I would definitely do it again.
