Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Absolutely fabulous day. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hike up the mountain was good but tiring. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered some questions we put to her. We will definitely book again when the rest of the family come over next year.

5.00Went in a day Trip , Had Sunny as my tour guide . He is full of information and facts that I didn't know about Vietnam. During the tour I noticed that we were ahead of the big bus crowd. And it showed at the end, when the carpark was empty when we arrived and by the time we left the carpark was full..

5.00Highly recommend this tour with Sunny! Not only is he a great tour guide that provided very interesting facts and information about Viet Nam but the tour was also well organized logistically with a safe driver, and it felt super easy flowing which made the adventure that much more enjoyable. The lunch was delicious and the bus is comfortable, can’t recommend this tour enough!

5.00we had the best time here! It was the perfect level of activity with meals and water provided the scenery is not to be missed, and our guide was helpful and insightful and attentive. I loved the biking and the boat. Good idea for adventure but not too strenuous. Would absolutely recommend.

5.00This tour was very Good. The transportation went well and it was very easy to contact sunny, the tour guide. He was very fun and taught us fun and interesting facts about the region and the country itself. The itinerary was perfect, we started with a bike ride which was very fun and relaxing, and we ended with going to the view top with a breathtaking view. The lunch was also very good with a lot of options!

5.00My partner and I had an amazing experience. The tour guide and driver were amazing. The main guide was playful, entertaining and very informative. The tour itself was great, we both enjoyed the river boat ride. If you have day to spare in Hanoi I highly recommend this trip, be aware that is an all day activity and you will be exhausted to do anything else after.

5.00First, let me say that the timing of all stops of this tour was PERFECT. We arrived before/left before all the major crowds and managed to miss rush hour traffic. Amazing. The actual sights of the tour were breathtaking and the buffet lunch was out of this world delicious. But the best part was the information. I absolutely love tours. I love new fun facts and getting a deeper understanding of what it is I'm experiencing. That being said, this tour exceeded all expectations. Our tour guide goes by Sunny and the breadth and depth of the information he gave us at all stops of the trip, and during the drive from Ha Noi, was absolutely astounding. It wasn't just fun facts though. The information he shared was thoughtfully curiated and expertly executed. Through historical anctodes (and humor so good and well timed he should have an HBO special) and narratives, Sunny gave our group a deeper and fuller understanding of both the country of Viet Nam and its people. What I learned will absolutely stay with me and has colored my experience in this incredible place in the most wonderful way. 11 out of 10 stars. I am sharing what I learned with legitimately everyone I know when I get home. Thank you!
