Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty.

5.00Long but great day out 10/12hrs. It does take 2 hours to get there each way, but well worth it. Three main activities Temple; boat ride and hike. In between there is an excellent buffet lunch with a great variety. Sandy (Vu), our guide explains everything an always on hand to assist. He makes the trip unique himself.

5.00Sunny was a great tour guide, introducing us to his culture and enriching us with a lot of interesting information about the country as well as the locations we were headed to. He kept us engaged and entertained the whole day, and also made sure we were fully enjoying all of the planned activities. There were 20 people on our trip, and all of us fit into one nice bus with ample legroom. Sunny’s cheerful disposition and open nature with the group allowed for a comfortable and pleasant environment to experience everything, and we’re really grateful to have had him as our tour guide. Additionally, lunch was decent. Perhaps the 1.5 hours boat ride is slightly too long, would personally like a shorter period especially when in bad weather (heavy drizzle over half our boat ride) but that’s entirely dependent on luck! Overall, a great experience and highly recommended, both the trip and Sunny!

5.00We had a wonderful trip to Ninh Binh and were lucky to be accompanied by Loi. He is very friendly, professional and has a great knowledge. From the history of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital to the impressive landscape of Trang An, he explained everything clearly, interestingly and easily understandable. The program was well organized – relaxed, but still we could visit all the major sights. Loi took care of all guests attentively and also helped us to take beautiful photos. It was truly an unforgettable experience in Ninh Binh. Highly recommended – we would book a tour with Loi again at any time!
