Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.
Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.
Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going by email or Whatsaap/ phone. We may cancel the booking with fully charges if we cannot contact customers or customers don’t contact us before the departure time of 6hours.

To avoid any injuries and accidents, please refrain from the cycling activity if you weigh over 80kg/175lb
If Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see their hotel/ address in the drop list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers need to contact us via email/ phone/ zalo/ whatsaap to confirm the pick up information in this case as soon as possible
If Customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, please choose any hotel option that you can see/ or choose "hotel is not listed" just to finish the booking, then contact by emaill/ phone/ whatsaap/ zalo...-> we will recommend the best pickup point then.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The cycling portion was a real highlight, and the lunch that followed was incredibly impressive. A special shoutout to our guide Đạt, who was funny, informative and genuinely passionate, which made the entire day even better. Excellent value for money.

5.00We had an amazing guide, Sunny! He provided all info we needed and shared a lot of interesting information about Vietnam, Hanoi and the way of life in the country. Driver, Hoa, was also very kind. Tour program is very interesting and lunch is good. This is my second time in Vietnam and I totally recommend this tour.

5.00We (my wife and I) really enjoyed the tour. It was reasonably priced (for our American standards, at least), informative, fun, and outside of the city. Our tour guide, Sunny (his real name is Vu), was informative and REALLY funny. We recommend this to someone who wants to learn about Vietnamese culture and history, who wants to get out of the city, and who would like a full day of planned activities already done for them.

5.00Sunny is the best tour guide we ever had, and we have travelled extensively. We learned so much during the trip, he was friendly and engaging. The tour was very well organized, from pickup to dropoff. The bike ride was amazing, felt safe even not being an experienced biker. The boat ride was amazing and so was the hije up the stairs. Best views ever. Highly recommended!
