It was a great tour! The bus they picked us up was very nice. They gave us free water and lunch buffet style. The tour guide and driver were very friendly!

This tour was excellent - both myself and my 16 year old daughter enjoyed it a lot. The 2 hour drive didn't feel too long (and there was a toilet stop with the usual tourist souvenir shops). Our guide Peter was fantastic: informative, funny and clearly spoken. He managed the group well. We did the Mua cave and mountain climb first, before it got too busy and too hot. It's close to 500 uneven steps up, but we managed to climb both sides and get the views - beautiful! And we could see down to the river to the row boats. Then we went to Hoa Lu, the old capital. My daughter joined the group that was dropped off to bike there, and I stayed on the bus and got dropped at the entrance, since I wasn't confident to bike. We then had a buffet lunch, which had a huge selection, and vegetarians (me) were well catered for. Then on to Tran An for the row boats on the river, expertly maneuvered by the local rowers. The scenery was amazing, but there are over 1000 boats so lots of other boats could always be seen, and sometimes there were traffic jams. Going through the caves by boat was pretty cool. Yes this is very touristy and can get crowded, but it was still beautiful and a great experience so I would recommend it.

This is a must visit tour to go on.Kane was my tour guide and was excellent even in the horrible weather conditions.Trang An was amazing to visit even with the horrible weather and is a Must See Site for anyone visiting Vietnam for the first time

The tour was great. The shuttle was a high end coach bus. My boyfriend (American hefty) was concerned about the bike ride and traditional row boat, but everything went well. So overweight Westerners don’t worry.
