This way, we can maximize our time and fully immerse ourselves in the experience. ● Starting our morning hike up to Mua cave early helps us beat the heat of the day. Mua Caves
After a 2-hour car journey from Hanoi, it's time for us to engage in some physical activity by ascending the magnificent natural Great Wall of Mua mountain, as well as exploring the Mua cave. This location offers the most optimal spot to admire the breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area. Additionally, embarking on an early hike would allow us to avoid the oppressive heat and the large crowds that gather later in the day. As the day progresses, the heat intensifies and the site becomes heavily thronged by hundreds of thousands of tourists, all due to its viral fame. If you don’t like the touristy hike, alternatively, we have a 300-step, rugged hidden gem hike at the holy and secret mountain where you could feel the serenity of nature and breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, forest, and surrounding villages.

5.00we took this Ninh Binh highlight and hidden gem tour with Louis and it was absolutely amazing. We started off with Hoa Lu, the ancient capital and learned a ton of history about Vietnam. Then we went over to Mua Caves and hiked for some stunning views and photos. After that we took motorcycles through the countryside to see the sights/lifestyle and Bich Dong Pagoda and finished it off with probably the most breathe taking row boat ride through Tam Coc and its caves. Luis was a great guide and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Lunch was great too. Will definitely be looking at the other excursions they have to offer to see more of Vietnam on my next trip.

5.00This is our first time visiting Ninh Binh. We booked the tour and our tour guides Mr Hieu is an amazing young man with great knowledge of the culture, the history of Ninh Binh. We had an amazing time, from the hiking, to the motor bike tour and finally the boat tour. We recommend this tour group and please ask for Hieu as your tour guide. For sure we will come back again. Falling in love with my parent’s country again.

5.00Our tour guide Hieu was great. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Lunch was above average. I would recommend this tour. Jeep was no longer available on this tour, we visited the countryside by scooters.

5.00Our tour was led by 'Q'. He had great English and a good sense of humor. Made sure we got photos at different spots. It was an awesome tour of Ninh Binh and opted for the scooter tour. Small off joke about women and driving, but I did drive my own and was fine XP A little bit of action, relaxation, and history. I'm Christian so I was respectful at the temple but didn't go up. Was glad Q shared info about how one inadvertently bows from the temple set up so I just looked from below. They have things you can wear to cover up if you're wearing shorts and sleeveless tops. Hike to dragon hill was dope and the boat ride was cool with someone rowing the boat with their legs. It was wild. Great time whether as a couple, solo, or a group of 6-7 people.

5.00Hiu is a fantastic tour guide. He kept us updated on Vietnam’s history and culture throughout the trip. He never rushed us during any activity. Even during the 50 steps, he was always looking out for our safety and guiding us carefully. I would definitely love to join more tours with him if I return to visit.
