This time, I participated in a day trip focusing on the matcha experience in Nishio. First of all, I really enjoyed the matcha experience and thanks to the careful explanation, I was able to learn about the history and charm of Nishio matcha. The time to taste the matcha made by myself was particularly impressive, and by having it in the correct manner, I was able to firmly feel the aroma and deep taste. It was wonderful to spend some time with a view of the Japanese garden, and I felt very at ease in a calm atmosphere. In addition, when we strolled around the city, our guide introduced us to the city's origins and highlights in an easy-to-understand manner, and we were able to learn about the charm of Nishio. The last kaiseki dish was very delicious with a wide variety of flavors, with Nishio matcha used in every dish. It was a very fulfilling day with high satisfaction from start to finish.

I didn’t know much about the history of Nishio matcha, but I learned a lot from this trip. Listening to various stories, I feel the tea I made myself is delicious. Lunch was also very good and I was happy to talk to the chef. I want to go again.
