  • The single best tour guide we've ever experienced

The single best tour guide we've ever experienced. We've done multiple tours all over the world. Yuki is the best guide we've experienced . Knowledgeable, informative and entertaining, Yuki has a special way of including all ages in his tour. He adapts to the group's needs, moves at the right pace and keeps everyone happy. He's relaxed and makes all feel comfortable. He's safe, and well organised. If there's 1 tour you should do in Kyoto, do this one.

This is a brilliant way to see Kyoto. Our guide Yuki was a local who speaks great English (having lived in and travelled to many countries including Australia) , so we learned a lot about some of the key local sights, he patiently answered our many questions and ensured lots of great photo opps! We came in winter, but the weather was great and we were lucky to see places without the usual hordes of summer tourists. The e-bikes made it a super easy ride, and there were plenty of stops, so it’s something most people could easily do. It’s my second time in Kyoto, but if I had my time over, this is the first thing I’d do.

My family had a wonderful adventure with Yuki. We spent the afternoon exploring some of Kyoto’s best and lesser known sites. Yuki was a fabulous guide who could talk to Japan’s history and culture as well as engaging with the younger member’s interests. The bikes were great - nearly effortless, so suitable for just about any level of non-fitness. Thanks Yuki. Highly recommended!

Great fun and highly informative. Yuki was charming with a welcome sense of humour, and showed us a side of the history, culture and lifestyle of Kyoto which we’d never have seen without his introduction. Yuki helped clear the way for an easy ride and for the perfect photo. Highly recommended.

  • Outstanding Kyoto E-Bike Tour with Yuki

We had an amazing city tour of Kyoto by E-bike, guided by Yuki. The entire experience deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. Yuki was not only extremely friendly and approachable, but also deeply knowledgeable, sharing detailed explanations about the temples, shrines, neighborhoods, and even the local history and culture as we explored. His English was excellent, making communication very easy. Yuki’s approach was both informative and relaxed—he managed the perfect balance between guiding us and giving us space to enjoy ourselves. We appreciated that he alternated between biking and walking, always at a comfortable pace with no stress, ensuring that everyone was happy and included. Yuki went above and beyond by helping us take photos at scenic spots, adding another personal touch to the tour. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Kyoto, and we would highly recommend Yuki to anyone looking for a fun, insightful, and memorable adventure in the city.
