Long day with a lot to see over a large area. Be prepared for a large amount of information to take in. A good guide provided time to contemplate the events that occurred 80 years ago.

She is very passionate and connected to the US and DDay which made her a very genuine guide. I would definitely use her again.

Our guide, Eliza, was very knowledgeable and even knew what order to see the sights to avoid the crowds. We had plenty of time to explore on our own as well after hearing the historical context at each site. Eliza even made time to visit the German cemetery because one of our group was German. That was a very thoughtful thing to do! I highly recommend this tour. You won't be able to see it all on your own as easily as with someone who knows the area. The small group tour was the way to go!
