Stop at the Purple Island, also known as Jazirat bin Ghanim, about an hour's drive from Doha. It is a small island, connected to the mainland by a narrow path that is broken at different points to allow water to flow towards the mangrove forest.

5.00An absolutely incredible excursion to Qatar! The landscapes are breathtaking, between the golden dunes of the desert, the beautiful blue sea and the unique panoramas not seen anywhere else. Every moment was magical, especially the sunset in the desert, an unforgettable memory. The organization was perfect and the experience very exotic. It’s not often that visitors venture to Al Zubara Fort, Purple Island, and Al Jumail Village, but after going ourselves, we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha. Saeed made the experience even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality and the abundance of information he shared about the beautiful country of Qatar.
