Don't listen to the person who gave a bad review. The trip was awesome and amazing, the train is clean, the announcement guy was funny and cared about his passengers, the staff were nice. The scenery was beautiful and the train driver slowed down when it came to picture taking place. Could not ask for a better day.

  • A relaxing way to see amazing scenery without the hassle of driving.

A relaxing way to see amazing scenery without the hassle of driving. Travelling over the viaducts has to be seen to be believed! The train itself was very comfortable - large viewing windows, relatively quiet and with on-board catering/toilets available.

The gentle rocking of the train lulled me into a state of peaceful contemplation as I watched the scenery unfold. Rolling hills gave way to dramatic mountains, their peaks dusted with snow, before transforming into lush green farmland dotted with sheep. Every so often, a charming town would whiz by, a fleeting glimpse into a different pace of life. The comfortable seats and ample legroom allowed me to fully relax and soak in the beauty of my surroundings. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy a truly unforgettable journey.

The scenery was awesome. However it was advertised that we stopped for an hour for lunch. We didn’t. It was roo long. And ran late. Food was a rip off. $16.50 for a croissant!!
