The ice museum was hokey and a waste of time. Dinner should also be eliminated to save time and money. Would have preferred a later start time for the hot springs. Gina Sliger took us away from the hot springs to many amazing spots to view and photograph the aurora. That made the evening a memorable experience.

I loved my evening at Chena Hot Springs. The drive there from Fairbanks is beautiful, the Hot Springs rejuvenating. What made the whole experience superb were the two guides that took 2 groups, Ron and Gina. They were both kind, organized, and worked hard to find places for us to see the Northern Lights. For us, clouds got in the way, but I am so glad I took this trip.

Sabby is a great guide. She shared her Alaska with our group of 11. She took great care of our group-helped one of our group find a lost phone. Unfortunately we were unable to see the northern lights because of clouds & rain but the hot springs were great. Don’t miss the Appletini at the ice museum.

We traveled with Jody and Tyler. They kept us entertained the whole time, and yet we learned a lot about Alaska. The dinner we had at the hotel at the hot springs was very good and soaking in the springs was fun. I highly recommend this excursion.
