This is a group tour with a maximum of 50 guests.
Our tour operates in all weather conditions. We often see the best Northern Lights displays on nights with the worst forecasted weather conditions.
This is a real chase that may include many hours of driving. The return time to Tromsø is between 22:30 and 03:00
There are no refunds or free trips if we do not see the Northern Lights or if you fail to meet us at the meeting point on time.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5.00One positive review more will not make the difference to the existing ones, however i wouldn't feel it right not to do it! Alex, Soraia and Marcin (the driver) are really amazing! The two guides set their cameras from the first moment we stepped our foot in the BEAUTIFUL location in the middle of nowhere and were looking constantly to spot it. After a couple of hours the magic happened and you could feel and hear their genuine enthusiasm although they do it every day! They were running here and there to catch every great moment of the phenomenon! And the pictures they shared right after were astonishing! Compared to the experience we had with another provider another day, it was like comparing the day with the night. Bravo to the guys and hope to see them again in the future!

5.00Soraia and Michiel took us to a great viewing location where we were able to see the aurora. During the experience there was some great information provided. Was pretty well organised and we found the guides to be quite engaging. Soraia especially took some great photos and these files were included for free. Even though it is a big bus and there were quite a few people, the experience was overall good, just a bit more crowded.

5.00It was great! Eventhough we didn't manage to see the lights due to weather conditions, Ivana and Ivan were amazing. Ivana explained conditions for the lights and the team tried their to reach areas where conditions were best. We were given amazing photos nonetheless and cosied up around a fire, sharing stories and cookies. I even learned how to do my first snowman. Thank you again for the experience! I will definitely be coming again and I do recommend!

5.00Great trip. I’m happy we chose this one on the day we did. Alex and Tessa and the bus driver were great hosts and were very lively. Alex kind of reminded me of Steve Irwin for the Auroras. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and had captivating explanations. I recommend buying this even directly through the company’s website than the tourist websites. The website costs 1200 NOK while the tourist websites are around 1500 NOK. The company’s website is chasinglights.com

5.00That was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! I could not stop saying "wow" ! We were very lucky with the the weather and Aurora so kind to us that night! We stopped only twice but every time the show was spectacular, long and breathtaking!! I know I might be a bit biased here because we were gifted with such an incredible Northern Lights show, but Alex and Soraia were so lovely and enthusiastic! It was -21 when we stopped in the mountains and a lot of people were trying to get warm on the bus from time to time, Alex was enthusiastically shouting and knocking on the bus door every time lady Aurora was making appearance again to let us know so we could go outside, and that was every couple minutes 😆 Great guides and thank you to the driver Ivan too 😊

5.00Our big bus trip turned into a minibus chase but this turned out to make for a very friendly atmosphere as we were asked to introduce ourselves. We were all from very different parts of the world. Meda, our guide, was amazing and knew exactly which location(s) we should travel to. Supported by driver Brian she took us to three different spots. As an 81 year old this was a bucket list trip having previously failed to see anything much a year ago. My daughters and I saw the most wonderful activity, quite mind blowing and Meda took photos of everyone with fantastic backgrounds. Her patience in finding the right spots and waiting for activity was exceptional. She was also very knowledgeable about the stars and planets, as was Brian, and they pointed them out while we were waiting. On our final stop Meda and Brian lit a fire and served hot drinks to keep us warm. They spoke to everyone and their enthusiasm made the evening even more enjoyable. During our stay in Tromso we have made three trips, including seeing the reindeer. We have been lucky enough to see the lights on each occasion but they were most spectacular on this occasion. Highly recommend Meda and Brian, a great team.

5.00This "big bus" tour actually was a mini-bus tour with fewer people, making it more personalized. Great tour; well - planned and coordinated "chase" of the northern lights. Highly recommend this company.
