5.00Our guide Nelson was amazing! So enthusiastic and knowledgeable and funny too! We got very lucky and saw an incredible show at our first stop, we then went to a second stop where we saw even more and had a campfire and dinner (the food was actually really good) and lots of toasted marshmallows!! We had a free upgrade from the big bus to the minivan option where we had really warm snow suits and boots. The guides helped us get dressed up warmly. The photos Nelson took were amazing too and he uploaded them so fast!

5.00Me and my daughter went on this tour on oktober 22nd. Before the start we got told there were not enough people for the big bus so we got an upgrade to the minibus tour. We got the boots and the overall to protect us against the cold. We were in the bus with Nelson, Iyun (not sure if I quote her name correct) and driver Adam. The tour started and we arrived at Nelson's favorite spot. It was so peaceful, and at soon as we got o the bus mother nature was already presenting herself. A big shy at the beginning, but what a wonderful show she gave us the whole evening. Nelson is the best, he is so enhousiastic, very respectful and he told us this was the best show of mother nature he had seen in a long time. We were so blessed with his very amazing attitude. He really is an extra ordinary person. A bless for the company. He made the best pitures and made us all, at least me and my daughter, feel very very welcome on this tour. Thank you so soooo much. And a special thanks to Adam, driving us safe and sound throught the icy roads and environment. Thanks again sooooo much for making our dream come true that night. Keep up the good work and stay like you are!

5.00One of the most memorable, unforgettable, and a lifetime experience/memory last night of witnessing the celestial miracle called Northern Lights..and all thanks to just 1 man MR NELSON.. who was just too good. Any amount of praise or appreciation will be less . Not for he spotting the Northern Lights within an hour of our journey but his constant lookout and various weather chart, followup, regular chats with his other contact... he managed to spot and stop at a place where no one expected. And the dazzling display of colours across the sky and NORTHERN LIGHTS welcoming us with open arms and giving us grand appearance., couldn't ask for more. MR NELSON was too good.. before the journey commenced he was very truthful and informed us that chances to sight NL not very great but he would do his very best and give in everything to ensure that even if 1% chance of sighting NL was there he would go to any distance to give us that experience. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, honest, sincere and above all a person who loves nature and very grounded . Respects nature in all its form . His immense knowledge and above all sharing with us constantly about the science behind NL etc was an eye opener and very informative... he was so eager and sincere to somehow sight NL and to give us the lifetime experience, that the celestial gods did answer him in kind . We could spend more than 1 hour in a particular spot with best sighting of NL. Patience was the key . Thankz Mr Nelson ,once again. Later the campfire,next to a river ,with dinner, marshmallows.. quiz with more prizes for wrong answers, was just too good. Then imparting knowledge on NL , fire, sami people, as well as REAL MRE dinner which was yummm..all in all Mr Nelson is a boon to Arctic Explorers. Also would like to thank Mr Adam the main person in charge of taking us all over the place through the night. Thanks to Arctic Explorers team for constantly reminding us to ignore the weather warnings , etc and just to trust them to do their job. So in behalf of our entire group of 16 people THANKS TO ALL . 5.00Was one in a lifetime. Possibility to see the lights was 2-3/10 and the crew tried their very best to find them, we went all the way to the border! I am so pleased. The only thing is I love photos and I’ve posed a lot, and even though I emailed to receive all my photos, I never received it. It’s a bit sad but other than that it was PERFEKT! I feel very lucky. Tromso is. great city by the way. I will definitely come back :)

5.00Wonderful experience with Georgi, our guide. We had a lot of fun. That said, my group found the minibus experience, from the same company, significantly better that I would recommend that you look at that experience instead (I have a review there).

5.00This was a bucket list excursion for my wife and I. We were not disappointed in the least. We had originally signed up for the Big Bus Chase, but the tour company upgraded us to this mini bus trip. Our guide, Tomas, was one of the best we have ever encountered on many touring trips. He worked very hard to make sure we got to see a spectacular display of the northern lights. He treated us like long, lost friends. I would highly recommend asking for him for a guide.

2.00Too much scene with fire, meals, suits. Little interest in searching for the aurora we have not seen. Never again. I think you should look elsewhere
