  It was very cold and windy on top of the mountain, but we did see the lights. Our guide was helpful and the traditional cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were delicious.

  Do not book this tour with this company. The full description included a meal which fits with the higher price we paid of 171.00. When we arrived up top, we were told that was impossible since they have no kitchen after September! I’ve requested a refund and have not heard back from the tour operator yet. Very disappointed.

  We were lucky that it was a clear night, Tromsø was clearly visible at night, we had a guide who spoke several languages, including German, or was in the process of learning it. As a highlight, she pointed out the Northern Lights to us and even took us out of the restaurant, which was not a given. With the iPhone you were clearly at an advantage, you could see the lights clearly, which you couldn't otherwise see 100 percent with the naked eye. My Android phone clearly reached its limits here.

  What a brilliant trip we had up the mountain overlooking Tromsø. Carlo our guide was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable about the Northern Lights, the wildlife and great places to visit. Hot choc and cake and beautiful views. A wonderful night, would strongly recommend. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

  Unfortunately the excursion had to be cancelled 4 hours before due to a strong wind. Too bad. Now I'm waiting for the refund

  Great view! It would be a shame if we hadn't seen that! The cable car ride itself wasn’t spectacular, but the view up on the mountain into the fjord and into the valley and onto Tromsø was all the more so.

  Dinner was a small piece of semi cooked fish. That was it. We had to buy our own waters to drink. NOT worth the price. Will be complaining loudly.

  We waited at the church and no one ever showed to pick us up. We sent text on what’s app and no one responded. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this

  Seeing Tromsø from a different perspective was nice. I wish we had seen the northern lights, but you can’t predict nature.
