We didn’t see any northern lights, which, while a natural phenomenon, can often be predicted in advance using tools like the KP index and other forecasting resources. Given this, the company knew ahead of time that the chances were extremely low (as they told us during the tour how you can tell whether or not there'll be northern lights). Instead of proceeding with the tour, they should have canceled it and issued refunds rather than taking us on a long, pointless bus ride. It felt like a cash grab rather than an honest experience—so disappointing!

the guides were very warm, helpful, and informative! the bus ride was cozy, and best of all the northern lights were beautiful

They said the pictures were going to be uploaded on their website and I've checked many times and they are just not there. I tried contacting them and they are not answering (Instagram and through their online page as well). My tour was on December 23rd with Manuel (so more than 10 days ago, and still no pictures).

We got really lucky and saw the lights on full display at both our stops. We had ample time at both well chosen locations to take in the scenery and enjoy the experience. Our guides Alberto and Elizabeth were really kind and helpful (especially with my camera which wasn't working particularly well!). The hot drinks and snacks were welcome and the whole evening was magical.
