They switched us to a tour with a bilingual Spanish-English guide. There were six of us on the bus, three of whom didn't speak Spanish, and the other six of us had purchased the tour in Spanish. The guide refused to speak Spanish, despite being the majority. Her attitude was dismissive, and she decided not to answer our questions in Spanish. She was only available for two people.

What an absolutely fabulous trip. Thank you Kira and Bjorn for the best evening ever. We saw the Northern Lights in 3 different areas. When the cloud cover came, Bjorn drove us to a different destination, Kiran pointed out what we were looking for and how to take our own photos, combined with the photos Kira took, all in all, an excellent tour and the best birthday ever! Kira also kept us entertained with stories of Norway and the tales of different countries as to why the Northern Lights exist. Very entertaining tour, would do it again in a heartbeat!

The organisation was not perfect, we were given two different meeting points, distancing about 300 mts and the bus arrived at the very last minute. At the end we found them and we left to chase the northern lights.

The guide gave us a tour of the different spots around Kvaløya and it was absolutely unforgettable. We visited stunning viewpoints and beautiful natural landscapes that we would never have found on our own. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tromsø! Thanks Pedro & Muhamad!

The guide found the Northern Lights for us! He found the little bit of clear sky in an area that was pretty cloudy! He also explained everything we could want to know about N lights and how to set your camera for the best photos.. Cookies and hot chocolate were available and a bathroom on board the bus.

Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal and we had to drive far to find clear skies. Then, however, we could see aurora borealis, which were also quite impressive for a short period (about 5 to 10 minutes). After that, they were only faintly visible to the naked eye and not sharply defined even for cameras with long exposure. Of course, this is not a mistake of the tour team, which was very likeable.

The big bus arctic guide service chasing lights tour was very average. To begin with there were 2 guides on the bus namely Yago and Boris, out of which Yago was friendly and nice whereas Boris was extremely rude. Though we understand that the guides had to take care of lots of people on the bus, but the attention level to the needs of guests was minimal. Specially Boris was extremely rude when clicking pictures of guests and always seemed to be in a rush. Our bus also met with a minor snow incident that got all people stranded for 4-5 hours. Arctic guide services head office compensated 50% refund for the problem caused that was quite nice of them; however the decision making in crisis management time with 40-50 people stranded in middle of nowhere was very slow. The guides kept on mentioning that bus company would organize something without understanding that guests had booked with arctic guide services and not the bus company. How the matter needed to be financially settled between arctic guide services and bus company was non of our concerns. Solution and rescue shall have been speedy by Arctic guide team. The only reason I gave this experience a 3 star review is because the team was successful enough to show us a good display of lights despite of the problems.

These guides coordinate with one another and take to far away places from Tromso where skies are clearer. We did the get the lights and it was visible by naked eye with full colours.
