Julian our guide for the whole tour was brilliant. As many photos taken by him as you want. He chased the lights for us and knew exactly where to wait and what lights were due. The campfire was set up and all of the group ate soup and had marshmallows together. We all talked about our home countries. The photos came back the next day which was really quick and they were so professional. It’s a long trip from 6pm until 1am but completely worth it. Good value for money too. The mini bus was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend the Green Adventure.

Ok, need to start saying that we saw nothing, doesn't matter if October is one of the best months to see it, if you have a clear sky to see it, if the sun decides not to be active that evening, no aurora for you, but we need to separate this from the actual tour service. People need to be clear about this, as (in our case) the tour staff did their best, keep us fed and entertained, but nobody have control over nature. The staff was very nice, fun and accommodating

Excellent tour. Although everything depends on the weather, the guides know where and when there are more possibilities. In our case it was a show!!!

Robert did his best!! It was a snowy night but we made a valiant effort. We didn’t see the lights but had a good time.

Fantastic excursion in search of the auroras. Both the driver and the guide, JJ, were great. They looked for the best place to wait for the lights, to avoid excessive wind and that we could be more comfortable. The lights were great and quite active that night. They made beautiful photos, which leave an indelible memory in our memory. Then we had hot soup and marshmallows at the stake, while the aurora kept dancing on our heads. We did 3 tours with 3 different companies, and this was the best by far. If one day we can return to Tromso, we will choose them again! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely positive experience. I think our guide was absolutely competent, he shared us different information and curiosities about the aurora and the local culture and with absolute recklessness and patience led us to different points until finally nature decided to show itself and get excited with the aurora. The hike was very pleasant, because we spent the time waiting drinking a hot chocolate and dining with a hot soup around the fire.

Amazing experience with JJ (driver David). Would highly recommend! JJ took the time to drive around (whilst there were no lights) and was testing out spots to find the one with that had less wind … he wanted to make sure that we would all be warmer as the wait for the Aurora can be hours - really appreciated! The light show was spectacular and JJ definitely went to a spot where we had the longest amount of cloud-free coverage as possible (a window of a few hours). The stew and marshmallows around the campfire were a treat! Also, can’t wait to see the photographs/portraits that he took!

This was a great tour and the guide was fantastic. The minibus was super comfortable and the entire experience was amazing. We moved to another location to get another sight of the Aurora. I walked away with more knowledge of the Aurora and warm food in my belly and toasted marshmallows!

We faced weather challenges with rain and clouds, along with time constraints due to the cruise ship schedule. Kat, our experienced driver and guide, is highly knowledgeable about the Aurora and Norwegian culture. She drove near the Finnish border, searching for better conditions. She did an AMAZING job! They truly care about us.

Kat was the VERY BEST guide! We had gone on a lackluster northern lights hunt a few days prior and didn't have high hopes, but we were blessed with EXCELLENT conditions and Kat took us to a great location by the water and set up camp. She was so so knowledgable, and filled us with interesting info that we hadn't gotten on previous tours. I feel like I am an expert now! We were SO LUCKY with what we saw, and she took amazing pictures so we could just enjoy the view and not worry about capturing what we were seeing. We had hot chocolate and soup and marshmallows. I LOVED the thermal suit, I was so cozy the whole time.
